Wow. Authentic Chinese cooking here. We have eaten at various Chinese restaurants. The chef at Szechuan Bistro has some really good skills in the kitchen. We say it is one of the best. We ordered two dishes. See for yourselves.

Today was the first time my wife and I tried Szechuan Bistro and the food was well prepared & enjoyable.
However, the dining area floor was sticky from possible soda spills and to see staff sitting down and not taking care of it (floor) is ridiculous completely.

We have visited Szechuan Bistro multiple times, and each visit has been delightful. We've tried a variety of dishes, and there hasn't been a single one that we didn't enjoy. The salt and pepper fish and the garlic eggplant chicken are absolutely the best!
