Me and my granddaughter was at this Taco Bell we walked in and a Gentlemen Help us on the kiosk ordering are meal he went out of his way too do this if wasn't for him I would have walked out..But he was 100%😊 Oh he just moved here from Kansas and I told him WELCOME TOO OKC

Stupid Taco Bell app decides to order my food at a Taco Bell across town, that I’ve never been to instead of the one I’m sitting in the parking lot of, so I try to call them to cancel since the app won’t let you. They won’t answer. I drive across town and they hand me a bag of cold ass soggy food and say they don’t answer the phone. So I got to drive across town and throw this crap in the trash. Avoid this nasty, dirty ass store at all cost
They have five do-it-yourself ordering stations. Employees are attentive and quick. Seems like my food’s always hot when I come for lunch. Clean and tidy on the inside; inclusive of the restroom.

This location has gone down hill over the past couple of months. If you want tacobell after midnight pretty much just forget it with this location. Multiple times this week Ive tried go after I get off work and they are out of beans. Tonight they said it would be a 20 minute wait and I said thats okay and they sat there for and repeated it would be a wait, and after saying it was okay yet again due to there only being three other cars in front of me. After a long pause they finally asked me what my order was and then told me they were out of beans. The whole interaction just screamed we clearly do not want you here.
