Stupid Taco Bell app decides to order my food at a Taco Bell across town, that I’ve never been to instead of the one I’m sitting in the parking lot of, so I try to call them to cancel since the app won’t let you. They won’t answer. I drive across town and they hand me a bag of cold ass soggy food and say they don’t answer the phone. So I got to drive across town and throw this crap in the trash. Avoid this nasty, dirty ass store at all cost

They have five do-it-yourself ordering stations. Employees are attentive and quick. Seems like my food’s always hot when I come for lunch. Clean and tidy on the inside; inclusive of the restroom.

This location has gone down hill over the past couple of months. If you want tacobell after midnight pretty much just forget it with this location. Multiple times this week Ive tried go after I get off work and they are out of beans. Tonight they said it would be a 20 minute wait and I said thats okay and they sat there for and repeated it would be a wait, and after saying it was okay yet again due to there only being three other cars in front of me. After a long pause they finally asked me what my order was and then told me they were out of beans. The whole interaction just screamed we clearly do not want you here.

The food is delicious and the service is quick. I do enjoy this taco bell. 💯
First the chicken nuggets are a joke they look nothing like they advertised they look like liver or chicken gizzards bites and they was so over cooked it made my daughters baby tooth lose on top of that it's a waste of money for the add ons for 30 cents more than they charge you you could buy a whole tomato. Forgot about talking to them to help out on their mistakes if you call them they will just let it ring the first time and then the second and third time you call they just hang up after the third ring. I worked in 24/7 fast food place it's not that hard with a good leader it will go way better and having people who actually cares about what they do it's not our fault your life choices got you stuck there just make the best of it

This location has gone downhill. I was looking forward to the 7 dollar luxe box and ended up being a waste of my money. The Food was horrible, cold, and little thin slither of meat. This location was good at one time but has gone for the shits with quality, quantity, and freshness. Do better but I no longer want to eat Taco bell at any location anymore.
