Tacos were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting out. Ordered a bean and beef burrito, was watery and filled with onions. My drinks tasted like straight syrup and had NO ice. Like at all.

My first time at this location. Ordered the $5 Luxe Box which noted a five layer burrito. It hardly had any meat, maybe a teaspoon full, with beans and cheese sauce. Only 3 items . Guess they had trouble counting! Won’t be back to this location!!!!

This location was the best Taco Bell I've been to thus far! I love Taco Bell, and they met all of my expectations! All of our food was hot and cooked to order! Not too much meat not too little in my chulupa! Manager and staff on duty were very friendly! 10/10 recommend this location!

Came up to this location to get a crunch wrap supreme for $5.99 and it only had a teaspoon of beef!! This is totally unaccetable and we won't be back! We would add a photo but it's not allowing us to upload! SHOCKER!!

I called in an order and there was nobody there as far as customers go, and I got my order. The girl for the drive-through was very friendly. Very nice. I checked my bag in the parking lot and they forgot my pinto and cheese and I mean II called in an order and there was nobody there as far as customers go, and I got my order. The man who handed me my Pinto and cheese, just handed it to me with an attitude and he didn’t put the top on the pinto and cheese on purpose just to be a douche and it spilled out inside of the bag some and I know he did that on purpose and then I said thank you to him when I grabbed the bag and he just handed it to me like here you go And then slam the door in my face. I never like to come to this one because they always forget something and they play around too much I could hear some girl out in the parking lot being all loud and laughing maybe she’s on her break or whatever but I also got a grilled cheese burrito. I hardly had any cheese on the outside of it, it looks like somebody stepped on it with their food. I was like very flat. I normally go to the one on 59th St. in South May because they’re very good there and they always make sure that the food is looking good they never miss anything and they’re always busy there and people go to that location on purpose because this one over here they suck And whoever runs it or whoever the manager is, they need to step their game up. They don’t pay attention they play around too much and if your sales aren’t as much there compared to the other ones that’s why so yeah some of the employees need an attitude check I don’t care if it’s fast food I worked at a nursing home before for years and I had a changed diapers for Five something an hour back in the 90s OK and I live dead. It was a very hard labor job fast pace if you can’t handle this then you shouldn’t work in fast food. Make the order correctly and pay attention please and thank you. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but God they are. I always have problems at this one right here and I’m sick of it.
