This is buy far the most rudest angry people they yell at you when you thinking about what drink you want since taco bell took away the cinnamon delight coffee I went to ask for it and I got back yelling and WHAT YOU WANT WHAT YOU WANT.i don't take kindly to people yelling at me when I'm going to give you money I will never in my life will ever go back and touch this taco bell with a 10 ft pole this happen at 2:50ish on Saturday 03-15-25 corporate listen to your customers because now I'm eating Arby's

I talked with Karl the manager about a bad experience I had there.He was very nice and said to come back in at my convenience and he would make it right…I went back today and the food was awesome…Thank you very much
This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to in my entire life. I've given them several chances and each time they've screwed up royally. I was supposed to get a free burrito for signing up for the app they had an option of what you could choose from we picked the five-layer beefy burrito and then added another five layer beefy burrito and it didn't even come with queso or the sour cream which is what it's originally supposed to come with and it was a hell of a lot smaller than what it would be when you would just buy it out regularly our food was cold the tortillas we're hard and old tasting. It's just disgusting. I mean, you pay a lot of money for this food and I can get way better food for a cheaper price at Los Tacos Two. It's a little bit further of a drive but I guess it's worth it because Taco Bell here is just not it! You need better staff or re-training or both and get rid of the ones that do not care about their jobs.
Edit: I'm just now reading the other reviews and it's the same problem that I've had. How this hasn't been addressed is beyond me. Apparently your management sucks, your staff sucks and they don't care and that needs to change. You've lost my business and I'm sure you've lost quite a few other people's business as well which I'm sure you don't care I'm sure management looks at this and laughs because they don't care! You can clearly tell by the way they prepare the food, by the way they serve you the food and it's not even prepared correctly. Plus it comes out cold! How and why? Nobody seems to know.

The food was absolutely disgusting tonight and not fresh. A waste of 14.00 because the food was tossed. Taco left a bad after taste. I’m not sure what happened today as I’ve eaten here before late night and it was delicious!

I was waiting for my 2 cheese roll ups and the staff was either looking at me or not looking at me at all. When they finally came up to me they said what my name was. I answered and they had the nerve to ignore my order for 10 minutes. As they gave me my food they forgot to charge me. And I felt guilty so I paid the woman. She thought it was a tip but I was just paying the woman. Don’t go to this tacobell on Thursday in the afternoon. They only listen to the people in the drive thru. At least the food was good

If you order food for carry out, double check your order before you leave 3 times in a row they have forgotten half my food. (My stupidity for not looking and for thinking, people will actually do their job). If you request certain items not to be on the food, doesn't matter, They still put whatever they want on there. Maybe hire better employees who actually care or a manager who can actually train whatever it may be.

Okay so we went here around 8:00 at night after church on a Wednesday. We got there. The guy behind the counter joked with us had a smile on his face. Even whenever he told me that they were out of something I was trying to order. I told him to make me whatever he wanted to make me. It was his choice and boy he did not disappoint. I've left a comment before about Taco Bell being Taco Bell, but this is the reason why Taco Bell is one of the greatest places ever. Love it or hate it. Taco Bell is the bomb and everybody eats Taco Bell. It's just a simple truth lol

Sooo just got my online order. Which by the way took 10 minutes just to tell them that at the speaker while 4 other cars were behind me. I get that you might be busy ( there were maybe 2 cars in front of me) and maybe you hired a few new people who shouldn’t be working there I don’t know. But I pulled out my grilled cheese and as you can see took a bite of it and noticed a crusty blue sticker that I almost ingested.? I’m actually sick and probably won’t even eat the food I just got because HOW do you miss that? Insane.
