Gave me the wrong crunchwrap, the soggiest hash brown I've ever had, and a watered down iced "coffee". Absolutely terrible all around, there's a good reason I was the only customer in there. Great job guys ?

Figured since I ordered ahead my order would be mostly ready when I arrived. Nope. Needed help with everything but no one even offered to help, had to make 2 trips to my car. When part of my order was forgotten I called and told them I was on my way to get the rest I figured it would be ready since it was part of my original order, but no. The rest of the food was cold because I had to wait for what they forgot. The inside was dirty as well.

Was told by “Red” he IS the manager after being spoken to rudely through the drive thru. Then a female employee and him threatened to take my license plate number while attempting to photograph me. I’m not sure exactly what they believe they were going to do but a complete disappointment in service. Other reviews aren’t great either. Do better Taco Bell. Hire better staff and “managers” if you can call them that.

Went to this location at 3pm on a Tuesday. The doors to the lobby are locked. The woman inside looked directly at me and went about her way. There is no sign saying the inside is closed.

So I understand when you go to toco bell you are not going to expect the best food, it’s convenient and fast food but out of all the times I have eaten at Taco Bell (different locations of course) this was the worst. It started with getting home and them not including half the order. We go back get the rest and find that the side of queso is like a teaspoon of cheese. The container barely had any cheese in it. Then we find the burritos we order without onions ended up being loaded with onions. They were not even eatable plus super cold. The Doritos taco was so soggy, it literally tasted like the soaked the supposed to be hard taco shell in straight liquid. Come on I get it’s fast food but at least sell food people can actually eat! Unbelievable and we will absolutely never and I mean NEVER visit this location again.

Food cold no steak in my burrito gave me a grilled cheese burrito which isn't what I asked for not even a full scoop of meat for my chalupas so I had bread and veggies and a soggy hard
