Under no circumstances go to this Taco Bell this location is horrible me and my wife went this evening to go get some food because we were tired and didn't want to cook we both ordered the chicken cantina bowl My wife has a dairy allergy and can't have the cheese or the sour cream we got the food and my wife's bowl had sour cream on it I sent it back and asked them to remake it because she can't have it they brought it back out to us and we got home and began eating and found that they had just scooped some of the sour cream out of her bowl and covered it with rice so that we couldn't see it I had to drive back to have it remade they were not friendly to say in the least

It's your average to go restaurant . Taco Bell has been around for four decades I believe. It depends on how well the restaurant is being run. So I had the chicken quesadilla combo. Not too bad for the situation and hunger at night. People at the restaurant were nice and helpful. Not many negative points to get to with this restaurant. All in all I recommend a try to visit. 👍

Walked in and stood there for 2 minutes without even being acknowledged. They were very short and rude to me.

I door dashed food from here just now and only got one item!!!! I paid $30 for my food! The bag was sealed up and had the nerve to fill the bag with napkins!!

Tried calling several times to speak to someone to correct the issue, no answer. Sent my husband, (I normally check). $17 later... I ordered a quesidilla combo with chips and cheese. I had a drop of dried cheese in a cup, no sour cream on my taco (I paid for) Quesidilla cold as ice, the tortilla hadn't never been cooked nor the Quesidilla, the shredded cheese that was supposed to be melted was still cold, looking like it should have been on the taco. Unfortunately I had to work or would have came up there to correct the issue. $17 later 😔
Went to get lunch and asked for just meat and cheese on a soft taco and got home and there was sour cream and tomatoes on them not very happy.

I usually love going to this restaurant but today was horrible I went to order one item and he accidentally put in three which would not normally be a problem. But when I went to ask why the price was so high for one item he said "you don't rember what you ordered bro" Then he said not answering my question "how old are you not knowing about taxes" even though that was never the problem in a rude way. I then finally restate my question and he realizes he made a mistake and put 3 items instead of one he fixes it and I pay. I never got his name but avoid this place at all costs it ruined my day to be talked to like that. NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!

I ordered through the drive through at night paid received my order went home about 5 min away. The order was missing chips for the $7 cravings box and a soft shell taco my son looked at the cravings box food and there was Hardly anything in it. He wasn’t happy. He said I should go back for them to get it right so I did. I told them I also gave them the receipt the lady some sort of manager was giving me a hard time but told her it wasn’t me it was who ever made the order and they reluctantly made the box again. The man behind the counter putting the food together came up to me and said it was right there first time and I was mad because of it was right there first time I wouldn’t be there I would be relaxing at home with the food I bought. How he can talk to customers like that he shouldn’t be there in customer service, nose I know why the place isn’t busy because they don’t care how they treat customers and no I won’t go back I will go some other place for food. I have ate at Taco Bell for decades this is the worse one don’t go here save your sanity.
