Waiting is not long either—I’ve never had to wait long even when being sent to the side Since I’ve been here , which has been plenty of times. It’s been a 10/10 experience. NO OTHER Taco Bell has topped this one right here. I highly recommend this specific one Bring your self with a positive attitude for a positive experience! Don’t forget that sauce

So I called to talk a manager a got hanged up on couple times the lady was rude as hell last time I checked that’s not how you talk to your local customers !!!! I am very disappointed in Taco Bell a when I called back an asked if she hanged up on me she said “yeah I did her words”

Out of all of the locations in Oklahoma City this is the absolute worst! I get that you sometimes get behind but 35 minutes in a drive thru?! This is just beyond unacceptable! Going out to eat used to be somewhat economical but not anymore. Who has the time or patience for that matter to sit and wait on food just for it to be cold! I’m beyond furious! Definitely NOT coming back to this location and about to give up on Taco Bell for ever… Do better! You SUCK

The worst location ever. I went well over an hour and a half before closing and they denied service because they said they were closing early. This happens every time. Awful food and awful service every time, this was my last attempt at this place.

Our recent order was incomplete, missing one item, and we encountered an unexpected charge of $0.40 for green sauce, which was not included in the order since it was missing from the bag. The burritos contained insufficient filling, consisting primarily of tortilla. Given our $50+ expenditure, thorough order verification is crucial to prevent negative online reviews. It don't help to confirm the order on the screen. If the order is not being fulfilled on the inside of the establishment. Failure to address recurring issues of missing items, as evidenced by other customer feedback, will result in further negative publicity. Prompt and appropriate responses to all customer concerns are necessary to mitigate this situation.

(04/2025 repost) I walk in to this location last night at 8:52 I was standing at register for bout 5 mins waiting for cashier. But everyone just continued to focus only on drive thru. So I went ordered on machine I ordered Mexican pizza and cheesy rice burrito. Went back to register and waited another 5 minutes to pay cash as the workers only had two orders in lobby. Once I got my order the rice was very very hard and dry no cheese or sauce was on burrito. I didn't leave until 9:10. Employee didn't even care about the lobby.
