So we just needed sauce for what we were eating and i understand they was about to close but they could of made sure we got enough cheese sauce and sour cream they gave us enough guacamole but that was it we paid 80 cents that’s not 80cents smh

Absolutely worst place, they don't hire enough people or don't how their staff works.

Ordered online from the app went into the drive-through, and it took freaking more than 40 mins after I entered the queue. That too on the regular day.

Just close the place if you can't handle enough customers or drive throughs.

Never going back here.

So I was in the drive thru and a lady named Tay helped me at nw 122 and penn. She was kind and polite and gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced in a drive thru. This girl deserves a raise.

I placed my order at the kiosk in the lobby. I was prompted to pay the cashier at the counter since I was paying with cash. I stood patiently attempting and failing to get the attention of any CSR. After TWENTY MINUTES, I was asked if I needed to pay so they could check in my order. 5 minutes later I was asked if it was okay to replace my drinks with a different flavor because they were out of what was ordered. Sure no problem. 5 more minutes later they called my name as my order was "finished". I should have checked my order better because they left off FOUR crunch wrap supremes.

We went in to place our order , it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us standing at the counter so we could pay cash after we placed our order at the kiosk . It took another 10 minutes to get our food. When we got home we were missing all 4 of our crunch wrap supremes'

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. What a shame to so called run a restaurant. Worst of all the worst of toco bells in the state of Oklahoma. I have Never visited nor even compared to the lowest fast food incompetence and literally no order there. Although the so called manager said she could not give her name to express my concerns to uper management. They utterly don't care. Mess up orders finally got a portion of my food which was very less than warm= cold food, waited for that and missing items. Was told they would remake my food. Went today driving 20 min away for my child to get the food she wanted in the SNOW! They did not remake my order. Never again !!!
