Lady at the window wouldn’t let me order some dessert at the window, she said I have to go all the way around if I want that. So I came inside for it, and stood there for 20 minutes for $4 worth of food.

I've been having more problems with this specific store than any other store. I went by there today for lunch and got a dragon fruit-strawberry Agua Refrescas that came out tasting old an gross all the while looking like septic drain off, and thats not to mention all the sticky brown stuff on the outside of the cup. I don't think I will be coming back to this store again.

I went in on my lunch break, I work across the street at the supercenter. I walk in and order the new flamin hot burrito with extra beef and pico de gallo added + small baja blast and a soft taco. This was around $14 in total. I wait about 15 minutes or so for my order, which is not my problem at all. Here come my order, I walk up to grab it and Im missing my flamin hot grilled cheese burrito. I ask the man working behind the counter about it and he asks another employee (a young women) about my burrito and she loudly yells “Like i said, we dont have it. Ask them if they want a regular grilled cheese burrito!” The man then ask me if I would like that as a substitution. I have no problem with it and I say yes. She then yells “Its the same price as the flamin hot burrito.” Mind you shes like 5 feet away (not visible to me.) 5 minutes or so pass and Im waiting for my burrito. While waiting there i hear her go on and make little comments (but they are loud enough for people to hear) shes says stuff like “I need to quit.”, “im so tired of customers.” Literally while people are sitting here waiting for their orders and can hear her. I had no other complaints about the other staff. I got my burrito with cinnamon chips inside. Im grateful for the man that fixed my problem. My problem is the little girl who is working behind the counter with her attitude. Ridiculous!! The one time I dine-in this is my experience. This is crazy.

Lady in drive thru acted like she was annoyed she had to take my order (which is her job). Then forgot to give me hot sauce. I went inside and had to wait at the counter for someone to finally come over to say “yes?” Then got home and Dr Pepper was bad. Terrible attitudes, can’t stress that enough. Get another job if you’re going to be rude. Thanks.

The girl in the drive thru has a bad attitude. Won't be back. She short changed me. I paid for a burrito told them they was missing it && she charged me again. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I already paid for. When I tell her to have a good day she slammed the window shut. Absolutely horrible

Usually I enjoy my pickup order but today was definitely not it. The lady who was working the drive thru around 1:58 PM was rude. When I went back to get my missing item I was met with a bad attitude. If you hate your job that much go find something else because your poor attitude isn't okay!! Even though I said thank you she still rolled her eyes at me. The way you treat customers isn't okay.
