The food was overly spicy. The service and atmosphere was okay. I probably will not be back for a while until they hire other new people who make the food less spicy.

Better double check your bag BEFORE you leave the window because accuracy in items is an issue.

So listen, this place has gone down hill over the past year. Here's another example on why it's gone down hill. Saturday night into Sunday morning 6/14/25 into 6/15/25. For this review it is 6/15/25. These workers are so lazy they pretended to be closed. Initially I pulled up at 2:01 am. The main sign was turned off and the interior lights were turned off. I seen two male employees sitting at a table closest to the parking area. They seen me an turned their phones off. So instead of going into the drive thru and asking if their open/ place a order. I left to go to the other taco bell down 104th Street. Their sign was on along with their interior lights. On my way back to highway 44 I decided to drive by one last time. This is when I did see a car at the window being serviced. So i guess they were open like they were supposed to be. You may ask why didn't I initially drive through the drive thru an ask if they were open? Good question. Why would I if these workers are giving the presentation of being closed! Clearly, they do not wish to work because they turned off the sign and all the lights. My interpretation of that action is they don't want customers and don't want to work. Why else would they have the lights insude turned off and the main exterior sign? Hmmm? The other location down west of 104 had their sign on and their interior lights!!!! I believe my interpretation to be correct. Especially as this taco bell is right off a main and well traveled highway. This is money the business owner is missing out on, due to these employees! Anyways,I do not and would not feel comfortable asking some dudes that don't want to work, to make my food. I don't think anyone would. So i decided to take pictures because of their laziness. You will see the time on my vehicle dashboard which reads 2:22 am. Mind you these lights were turned off when i initially pulled in at 2:01am., You will see the exterior sign turned off and the interior lights. The bright white light next to the drive thru is Walmarts parking lot light. You'll see a gray/black colored car. Which i believe to be workers car parked in the parking lot. It's a honda sonata and I've seen it there before. So that's why i believe it to be a workers. Then I attached a screenshot of my phones calendar so you know the date and that they are supposed to be open till 3am. Not only this experience I've continued to have bad experiences over the past year. I frequent this location because I work close by. I've had items not in my bag and I've had items with incorrect condiments/ meat etc. This location is just going down hill and with this display of what I call laziness. I just shake my head. This needs to be corrected. As a business owner, you are missing out on money by your employees presenting the establishment as being closed on a Saturday/Sunday night. Especially next to a main traveled highway. Where soldiers going to Ft Sill arrive late at the airport and also look for food on their way to Lawton. Not only that, people are leaving the bar and are hungry before they go home. As bars in Oklahoma close at 2am. These actions of the employees need to be corrected immediately.

I walked in and I’m pretty sure it was the manager referring to someone as a ni00er until she seen me looking at her crazy. She was a tall Indian woman who wears glass. Not only that. After I let her know I heard her by giving her a look of disgust, I placed my order and of course I left a few items short because I had somewhere to be and didn’t check my bag. I had chips and queso but no chips. I had cantina tacos and I ordered both soft and got on lmk fried. Definitely won’t be going back to that location.

Paid for lettuce on my pizza and literally got 4 little shreds. I also asked for no beans and you could see where they put beans on and then scraped them off

I drive to this one from 119th and Western. The one at 104th and Western can’t get an order right to save their life. This one gets the order right and doesn’t skimp.

This location used to be a good one but is now severely lacking. The last few times, I have ordered this on a delivery app service, it has been absolute trash. It's either wrong or missing items altogether. Please get the night shift back together, or lay off the weed.
