Had an issue with night shift but area manager and store manager was quick to respond and correct , either way quality of food both day and night has dramatically improved after last few weeks!! Store manager and day shift seem to really value their guest. I firmly believe the Store manager will have this store above and beyond expectations within next couple weeks as Day management and area management seem to be sincere and direct about improving. Thank God they now have a Store Manager who cares!!!

Placed an order on Dec 16th 2025 @12:56am via delivery thru the app. First delivery driver cancelled… okay weird! It was already taking a long time so I tried to cancel the order and it gave me a message stating that it couldn’t be cancelled because it already been processed…um okay So, second delivery driver send a text letting me know that the restaurant is out of tortillas and they can’t make the order or even the rest of the order. So I called up there and let them know I was having issues and the MANAGER got on the phone and said “we don’t have an tortillas you can wait until tomorrow when we get our truck and we will make it free of charge” and hung up the phone. That is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be in charge of any type of business if that’s how he resolves issues. Still now at 2:16 am it now been a 3rd driver and I can’t cancel the order nor can I get a refund.

I wouldn’t suggest going to this taco bell after 5pm they are understaffed, i waited on my food for 30 minutes to an hour. Some customers in there were waiting longer than we were. Staff seemed to care only on drive thru which was also slow and packed. Taco bell please hire more people at this location so its not stressful for 4 workers

My dasher waited at this location for 40 minutes for 3 items. First, they gave my order to someone else, then was told they don’t have nachos. Won’t be ordering from this location again

Food was made wrong. They were out of nacho cheese but sold and made food that requires it without it. Also some was made with a spicy sauce which was not to be that way on top of being poorly made with very little of anything on them.
4 Doritos taco supremes 16 dollars taco bell is not what it use to be.

They made the cheesy steak street chalupas were made perfect!!!! Just the right amount of cilantro and onion, jalapeño ranch hits just right!!!! Definitely come here and get your crave on!!!

Whoever this girl is here needs to find herself somewhere else to work. As someone who used to work in fast food I know it’s not an easy job but snatching money out of people’s hands, slamming the window in their face, rolling your eyes at them is crazy. At first I thought maybe she just had a bad day but she’s like this everytime me or my family members come here. I’m not the type to record but we have multiple videos of her acting like this. Girl you’re better off making money some place else at this point
