Horrible… my husband ordered me two of the cheesy fiesta potatoes in addition to items for himself. My potatoes will literally burnt and crispy, no filling instead. Definitely bottom of the barrel potatoes. Unfortunately, he used a kiosk and doesn’t have an account, so he didn’t get a receipt. Definitely would have called corporate on them. I don’t care what time of day it is, the quality of this food is unacceptable.

Waited 15 minutes in store for a pickup order and I arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time. No eggs ready and no rush at all. Lady was moving so slow, even with putting stickers on the orders. Finished up another guys while mine was sitting on the counter ready.

I am genuinely so confused on how some people are allowed to be on a register but simply cannot count to 10. Not only was I giving attitude for apparently being a dollar short on my order that was $10.40 but then I was immediately giving back a dollar in change after nearly 4 minutes of waiting just on change. I handed cash which I didn't realize is a confusing currency. Im at a lost, it took TWO PEOPLE to count my change. 10, 1 dollar bills & 40 cents.

Whoever was working yesterday 8/6 between 230-330pm better be fired. 200% got food poisoning here, the only thing I ate that day was Taco Bell. And one of the bean burritos I didn’t finish bc it tasted like they ran their hands thru the cinnamon twists first.
I understand paying extra for spicy ranch because it's not free for them to produce, package, and provide but if we have to pay extra it should at least be filled up to the top... or at least more than halfway...

The food is as expected, but not very happy to see most of the staff with pants down showing underwear. The cook making my food and even the lady working drive thru. I prefer not to have to look at someone unmentionables along with food I am about to eat. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

When your Mexican pizza looks like this. WTH. Obviously, it’s a problem with culture in that store and management. Looks like she doesn’t have any control over anyone in that establishment and they just hand the customers whatever kind of crappy food they want to. I ordered a bean burrito with extra onions and extra cheese I got zero cheese, but I paid for extra cheese and they charge me $.25 for extra onions now tell me how they can do this and look people in the eye ridiculous

It’s a shame because this is the closest Taco Bell to me but every time I try to give it “the benefit of the doubt”, it never fails to disappoint. If by some chance you’re looking at Taco Bell reviews before going here, do yourself a favor and don’t.
