This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. How they're still open and not under new management is beyond me. Food portions are tiny and I'm not sure if they know what goes on food items back there but I shoukd be getting flaming hot chips on my queseadilla..

Came in November 13,2024 granted there was a line but the food was very cold and chips was very stale. After making it back to work they asked me to come back to remake it which I can’t because it’s a 30 min lunch break then they tell you to keep the food and bring it back.. so Iam suppose to pack this food around until tommrow and bring it back ? If you made a mistake you made a mistake but that’s not the proper way to go about it just janky business and unprofessional.

There was a manager there that was SUPER outgoing and friendly!! I haven’t seen her in like two months!! Won’t go back!! She kept the place clean, which it never is now, and the service was great!! Not sure who is running it not, but they are awful and LAZY!!

Don't pull up after 1130 they're too busy trying to go home that they'll act like you're im the wrong for ordering. Then once you call them out on it they'll threaten to meet you outside but won't come outside when you call their bluff. Anyone of them can get it. I'm in a silver jeep commander just for future reference. I know they'll see me again I live in the neighborhood right behind them. Remember me.

Took them 30 minutes just to tell me it's gonna be another 30 before I get my food and the manager needed to step outside every 2 minutes to blow some fat clouds from her vape, totally crappy store

I have shown up to this Taco Bell multiple times and they are NEVER able to serve me, I just get told *my employee showed up late so we don’t have any food to serve*…. I was a manager at Taco Bell for 5+ years, opening the store if your employees don’t come in, unfortunately that falls on you, and you drop the food and get the store ready to open, if you can’t do all that on your own, why are you a manager? Happen to me ALL the time, I still managed

Stopped in last night so I could get something to eat yes I realize that I should up 6 minutes before the lobby closes but I can't necessarily get a tow truck through the drive-thru. But like I said it was 6 minutes till the lobby closed so I knew I had a little bit of time but she had turned me away.
