They are not staffed properly. The manager is negligent. The few workers they have making the food are amazing. Hopefully they realize their effort is wasted here and move on to other cooking jobs. The counter service is nonexistent. They prioritize drive thru orders over dine in. Skip this location

Walked from my office mid-afternoon having skipped lunch. Freshly cooked burrito to order, but the reason for the good review is the friendly, happy and helpful staff working here. How refreshing! Will call in again.
I hate giving bad reviews being that I’ve worked with food forever and that’s agitating but this was the worst Taco Bell experience ever. Rushed to order with huffing and puffing and told to hurry up because you’re in the red. There was 1 car behind me and had just pulled up when you said it, I don’t know your menu because I don’t go to Taco Bell’s for this reason. But this topped it off.

Everything was cold which is weird considering we only live a couple minutes away..then we had vegetables in our food when we clearly (as shown on the receipt) asked for no vegetables..every single time I order from this location our food is wrong and cold..I thought, maybe after a couple months of not ordering from there they’d actually have things straightened out by now..but no..nothing is ever being done even when I call and ask for a refund and for things to be remade they say no..
