The customer service is good but the food is never right. I can no longer eat here because I'm being stolen from. If I pay for sour cream I should get it. If it comes with tomatos I should get it. If i pay for extra i should get it. If you're struggling as a business just say that.

My daughter ordered a beef staker at the drive thru we had to pull around and it was brought out. We drove away only to realize it was burnt. So we go thru and politely ask if they can remade it . All the while they were laughing and making comments. We drove off and it was BURNT AGAIN ! This place is extremely pathetic and poorly ran. DO NOT EAT THERE! ( 1st pic & 2nd remake )

The night crew ruin this location to be honest. I ordered a couple items in the drive thru and after paying was told to wait in the parking lot, which I've never had happen at any other location, including this one when going during the daytime. Waited for about 15 minutes or so before leaving without my order, saw a few other people doing the same after getting fed up with the wait as well

Drove all the way there at 1:00 in the morning was super starving cuz I took some antibiotics and I was very broke so I get all the way there they told me I come get my free thing for signing up I get all the way there and it was late and tells me I can't get it and then I just think it's some professional as hell and then it says I got it I never got it and I want something because that's not right

I go out my way to come to this Taco Bell..but after my experience today no more Taco Bell..I had to wait 10 mins for order..when they brought it out no drink,looked into my sack, order was wrong, was completely ignored by the staff ..

Guy drive-through does not know how to do. His job questioned me. It was rude to me at the window because I didn’t understand. I think he was saying because the machine is messed up and then gave me attitude and questioning me why I wasn’t answering what he was saying Learn how to train your staff
