Kind of hilarious went through the drive-thru got the $9 Lux box. Gave me a Crunchwrap that was thinner than my pinky. So I called and they told me that's how they make them I then took it back up so they can see it as you can see in the picture it was thinner than my pinky. They then gave me a coupon and this is where it gets hilarious I went back to use it it was still bad service they gave me the coupon back in advance of the bad service. hilarious thing is kind of our fault for not looking they are rated the second worst Taco Bell in the city

Little man in lobby was talkin rude around a group of people big black man sitting next to her was cussing aswell as her lobby was packed with people sitting there being loud as just using too much profanity as a whole no manger came to say anything and just let it happen very u professional and not a good place to go.

I went through the drive through, and the employee failed to mention that they were completely out of carbonated drinks and ice until we asked for them. And we were told after ordering they didn’t have anything. We could hear the employees yelling at eachother inside through the drive through window. I ordered the nachos bellgrande and there was less than half of the normal amount. With little to no chips and way to much toppings.

I ordered for my son through the mobile app and they kept saying they didn't have my order and they wouldn't let him call me so he had to walk a few blocks to call me and then back and they couldn't find my order with the information that was e-mailed to me so he had to walk again and gave up without being able to get any food. I called to ask how to get a refund since I was charged but didn't receive my food and miraculously they suddenly found my order and couldn't refund me even though I didn't need it anymore so i had to borrow a car. I showed up and my drink wasn't with my order. They need to fix their system so orders can be found more easily bc they kept asking the name and couldn't find my order because they didn't realize the name i was giving was the same name on their screen and couldn't use the order/confirmation number to find my order so that number is useless to them.
So, It was a big Dine IN order. I am mixed on the food. Cheese for chips was steaming, awesome, but we ordered four soft tacos, got them, with easy cheese. We got 4 soft tacos with no lettace, easy cheese. We wanted the lettace geeez. And tables had something sticky on them, ewwwww. Looked like they washed the tables with a very old used rag and it put sticky stuff all over table. When we first got here the employees just looked at us and stared at us while they made food for drive thru......finally a guy told us to order at kiosk. All ready getting non human on us. So, i wont be back to dine in period. I'll give them one more chance thru the drive thru....

went to this location tuesday the 8th and was absolutely disappointed spent $32 and hardly got what i paid for first both the chicken quesadillas we orders neither end pieces had anything in them i don’t mean it had little to nothing it was literally just tortilla second all 3 of our doritos loco tacos were broken not just in half but in 6-9 pieces basically made it impossible to eat third i orders a baja blast freeze and he handed me a cup that was white tasted like coconut ridiculous but he assured me it was the baja blast i’ve never had a white coconut baja blast it was disgusting and disappointing and lastly i got a side of creamy jalapeño and there was barely anything in the cup ultimately leaving me pissed off won’t be going to taco bell anytime in the near future definitely don’t recommend this location sorry i didn’t get pictures of the tacos

Everytime we go through door dash we are missing items.
Update: now we're just always missing items. Dinner time shift can't handle lobby and drive through without missing at least one item. Best part for them is you don't want to go back because it took so long to get your food in the first place.

Two Taco Supremes, Burrito Supreme. The food was cold, just as if it was just pulled out of refrigerator. I guess it was the sour cream but what an bad experience.

I walked in on my lunch break, ordered at the kiosk as normal. My work partner ordered on the kiosk next to me. His order is called out first, followed by about 5 orders after what should have been mine. I walk up to ask where my order is because my name was never called and they tell me my order has been sitting up in the mobile order area. I take my food to the table, no big deal. Until I see tomatoes covering my nachos that I specifically ordered without. I even checked the receipt to make sure I did it. No big deal. Then I get to the crunchy taco. It's soggy and is completely spilling out the bottom and was lacking any kind of cheese at all. Like I understand people make mistakes but the state of this taco is unacceptable and should have never been sent out that way. I lost my appetite for the rest of the food I ordered.
I went to this Taco Bell yesterday and I just needed to say the 3 ladies that were working were on point! Food, service and all was great.
Ordered food from them. 2 items were missing from the bag. I called the store to ask about the 2 missing items & the manager acts stupid saying they never had the order.
