Can not figure out how to make an order correctly. This happens to be the closest taco bell to me, but at this point I think it's worth the extra 5 min drive to a further location. I've given them plenty of opportunities to get an order right but it just never happens. Figure it out people.

You have a 50/50 chance of actually getting the correct order. Plan on sitting in the drive through for up to 20 minutes sometimes. It needs BETTER MANAGEMENT hands down!

the service is horrible a tall white man named conner i believe he was very rude the food was very nasty i drove back around the drive thru to ask for sauce a he stared at me like i was stupid and said really you just want sauce i say yes he proceeds to grab a hand full and very rudely tosses it in my back and slams the window and walks away he proceeds to pull out a vape and walks around the corner

Went here this past Thursday night (around 8PM) and everything was perfect. The food was quick, crispy, and fresh!
My Wife and I dined in and everything was mostly clean and it was decorated for Halloween, which was cool!
The service was top tier, the leadership was great and everyone was in their place doing what they were being paid to do. Not a phone in site!
The 2.6 ⭐️ rating maybe accurate for previous leadership but tonight’s crew (10/24/24) was TOP NOTCH PERFECTION!
Went to this Taco Bell location and placed an order To-Go at about 9:20PM-9:25PM, picked up my order took it home and opened my Doritos Locos Taco and it was crushed into pieces and I asked for no Lettuce and they put lettuce on it also the shell was literally stuck to the wrapper like a sticker on a piece of paper tried to pick it up the wrapper started ripping No point in going back up there just for it to be the same outcome. ( there was way more lettuce on it I just had picked it off before I took the picture)

SO SLOW. They close early when they feel like it. It’s 1:30am cars are of course in the drive thru, i pull up to order and the menu is off and i get the automatic “we’re closed” memo through the speaker. I go to pull up because I’ll wait in line to speak with someone, they aren’t closed. And the gentleman comes on the speaker and asks what do I want. I said “are y’all closed” and he said no not till 2. Okay then why is everything off. Horrible service.

Christina made me wait for 15 mins before telling me she wasn't going to replace my order that was messed up when I talked to the supervisor Caira and she told me to write her name down on my recipe and she would get it fixed and I never got me oder replaced
