I usually pick up a quick bite after work at this location. Usually no issues. Except with this girl. The girl in the drive thru was not polite. Tossed my bag of food in the pickup box and slurred my name lazily before turning around without a thought. My drink wasn't with it....she saw me and I attempted to get her attention. When she did see me she just ignored me. A young man was clocking in and was nice enough to ask what I needed and got it for me. It doesn't take much to pay attention and to be kind.

Was missing stuff then when corrected still was missing an item then the lady was like you did not order sauce well want some telling you now cost is awful food portions are small quantity of it is terrible

I was having a very bad day and just needed something to eat. The staff here were so nice and let me take my time while ordering. And the food was so good even after a few hours of sitting out the it was still delicious. I want to thank all the staff there for making such a hard day just a little brighter. Thank you

This one’s a joke don’t go here I won’t again attitude at the speaker, food is missing all the ground beef sauce lettuce and cheese it’s terrible and embarrassing to love a place like this and then hate the fact you paid for it and got nothing halfway worth the price. It’s not that hard to do a job like this but apparently just expect it from this location. Never go back again

Went to the drive thru on 8-25-25, The time would be irrelevant due to cockroaches coming from the boxes/containers, but it was 8pm. Soon as i sat the food down at home, 2 cockroaches came crawling from the boxes. No previous cockroach problem in my residence.
