Have ordered from here multiple times over the past couple weeks, being busy with holidays and all, not much time to cook. First, don't forget chicken nuggets cuz they'll charge you, then not make them. Don't pay extra for add-ons, cuz they won't put it on and still charge you. And last but not least, DO NOT order anything with beans if you hate dry crusty beans obviously scraped off the sides of the pot š worst taco bell around, no other place compares. If I could order from a different one I absolutely would. Lazy junkies

Worst taco bell around tbh. They always, always, always forget at least 1 item even if you only order 2 items lol. On Sunday I ordered a small nacho, and two 10 piece nuggets. They only sent the nachos, no nuggets, which is the most expensive part of the order. I figure my dasher stole it, so I reordered. Guess what, same thing, no nuggets. So 4 10 piece nuggets in a row, like almost 40$, and I just didn't get them at all. Tried to get one today, order them, and no sauce, which they commonly do. Just go to a different location cuz this one is trash, got a bunch of druggies working there too. Probably why nothing gets done right.

This Taco Bell is great during the week, but absolutely awful on the weekend, especially Sunday. The service is about 10x slower, if you place an order inside at the kiosk. They treat the inside orders as low importance. Watched 10 cars come and go through the drive thru, and two mobile order pick ups come in by the time our order was even considered. Seems like they work a lot better tween the regional/district manager is sitting in during the weekdays š¤£. Note to management: Donāt just let them work great when heās hereā¦ make sure they provide the same level of service all the time.. š. Is that too much to ask? Other than the garbage service on the weekend this place is alright. Iāll stick to just coming on the weekdays I guess š ..

If I could rate the service at 0 I would this location always tries to forget something with your order and always has an attitude when you ask about the missing items
I donāt get to eat at Taco Bell very often but when I do, itās always good. The food here is always made exactly the way I ask. And the taste is always very good. Normally, the person is at the window is very friendly very kind if Iām missing something itās never an issue. However, today weāre not in the box, which is understandable, but when I asked for them, the lady at the window got upset and said she didnāt know. I told her it was on the order. She proceeds to glare at me. I donāt like her youāll need to retrain her. She needs to work on her attitude and her Customer Service.

My first time visit was amazing. Customer service was great. I forgot to grab the gentlemans name but he did a wonderful job. Thank you, The food was delicious and drinks were crisp. My husband and I will be returning customers for sure ?

OK, I said no jalapeƱo sauce on two of my burritos that I had delivered. Can you please read it next time and pay attention because those were not for me those burritos were not for me. Some people are allergic to hot stuff to where their throat closes up with an allergy. Please read the instructions and Time how to make it.
