I normally have good to say about this taco bell, but they must have been having a bad day or a different person making the food.

It’s not like you expect 5 star service from a Taco Bell on the Southside, but man does this place set a new standard for low expectations! Every time I go it’s the same guy working the drive thru, not only can he barely enunciate his words through all his sarcastic attitude, but most the time he gets the order wrong anyway. Not to mention it’s always some crazy issue with this location, one time they told me they were out of beef, tortillas, and tomatoes. Save yourself the pain and suffering and venture to a different location.

Why skimp on the quality of food you put. The bean burritos were teriible. barely had any beans and the beans was watery. Do better!

i did some dashing tn and their line is super long so we called to see if someone could run it out so we can get them their food asap and they said they couldn’t send no one. someone was in the lobby cleaning . you can’t have them stop for 2 seconds to run the order out to us. been sitting in this line for 10
Don't bother wasting your money on the grilled cheese nacho fries. It's just disappointing. You get a better deal $2 grilled Chipotle grilled chicken burrito ? I'm

Very. Slow workers and stood there at a register of ten mins until i turn to realize theres a kiosk tht I order from.
I ordered large Nacho Fries and I got this. The manager was already dealing with a difficult customer so I didn't want to be difficult as well but I just didn't think this was fair. So I asked kindly and she told me "That is a large" I guess a large is half-empty ?♀️

Went thru the drive thru. No cars in line no cars for dinning room. Waited at window for 10 mins. Received nachos bell grande and asked for with peppers then asked for extra peppers(I expected a little chg for extra). Rec' our orders. They chg'd for extra sour cream. I told her I asked for peppers and charged again! Got home 2 nachos bell grande, 2 cheese & chips...all cheese was clumpy, not hardly warm at all. LOUSY SERVICE!!!

Food was mid, but what else do you expect from Taco Bell.The best part was the service. Apparently you can’t order coffee at night because people only drink that in the morning.Also, they weren’t selling about 3/4 of their menu with several hours until closing. Also got an answer on several items that they weren’t selling them ‘yet’. Do they only sell them after midnight???The guy at the window rung up our order wrong, and after he finally got it right, had a four item item order and it took him five minutes of repeating himself; we got to the window to find out their freeze machine was broken. They did give us a large drink as a replacement tho.Literally would have been a 1 star review, but I was laughing so hard he deserved at 5. Good job Taco Bell worker for fitting the stereotype of being bad.I really needed the laugh because my girlfriend broke up with me tonight.5/5.
