I donāt eat here often but when I do the guy in the window is amazing! He always in good spirits never rushes and him alone makes me always want to come back! I donāt know his name but heās the afternoon cashier I love him his customer service skills :)

Ordered and confirmed order - then confirmed everything was in the bag at payment.
Missing a whole item plus two items were incorrect (was modified no sour cream but loaded with the sour cream). I totally get its fast food and itās not the biggest thing in the world but to mess up even when it was confirmed on the screen and on the receipt.

My food was wrong order a Crunchwrap paid for extra ingredients and my quesadillas was suppose to have extra chicken and didnāt even have anything my festa bowl was cold so I will be there to talk to Rachel the manager in the morning or afternoon and Iāll be most definitely

Soft taco was badly put together, and one item from my gordita combo was missing (the gordita). The food is always out fast, and they are always nice, but the food is not always as good as it could be.
This is my favorite Taco Bell. They know me by name. I know a couple of the workers in there. James and starsky, and the other wonderful workers that work there. I don't know by name but I know they know me and I know them by face .They take great care of me when I go in there. Love it. Go in there once or twice a week

Worst taco bell order I've ever received. Ordered two of the new chicken cantina burrito meals and there was a tsp of meat in the burrito. All tortilla. Not spending my money at this store anymore.

Arrived right at 9am. The drive-through greeted me. I rattled off my order. Crickets. Waited. Crickets. Waited.. said hello? Crickets. Pulled up to the window.. not a human in sight. Drove around the building, tried again. Welcomed by the, now I've realized automated, you checking in message on the speaker. Crickets. Gave up. I hope this was just a demonstration of poor service and everyone in there was ok. I was disappointed that I didn't get some breakfast on my way to work.
