Manager is AMAZING, Even all the staff I have encountered are just great people, Love the food, this is what Taco Bell WANTS all their locations to strive to be! I seriously have never been to a better location, I live on the other side of town and pass 2 other stores on the way to this one. No matter what time of day I can guarantee you that this will be the best Taco Bell you have had in OKC ??

Pacifically stated wanted no sauce and got sauce. No big deal accidents happen to get to the counter to get it remade and the lady at the front. Said “what’s up” told her that there was sauce and we asked for no sauce and she said I can get it remade, but I can’t take it back so we threw it in the trash The lady in the back mumbled something to her it wasn’t clear enough to hear & the one in back said “I know right” A rude way as if they were talking about our order, the lady that was cooking with the long, dark hair, threw it on the counter when it was ready and mean mugged on her way out the front door along with three other employees to smoke. Terrible customer service if you ask me

If you ever go here from 12am-2am check everything whoever prepares the food doesn’t care what they send out I ordered chalupas and got to bricks in the bag they rather stand outside and hangout than provide quality food sad part the company doesn’t even care the same night crew will still be employed providing terrible food and service great job management.
Special condiments are 0.60 ea now kinda socks service was above and

I work nights and so I stop off at Whataburger when I get off to pick up a meal. Twice I have gone to this Taco Bell to change it up. I ordered 5 layer burrito and couple other tacos and very surprised that everything made is wet and soggy and cold! I thought it was a bad day so tried one more time and I'm telling you it's just plain out ZERO INTEGRITY...and disgusting, I'll be back there ahhh...NEVER....this is the late night crew at 1:45am
