The night manager/supervisor, who declines to share his name, exhibits a hostile demeanor that diminishes crew morale. His behavior is distinguished as condescending and disrespectful. If he were not present, the environment would likely be more pleasant for crew and customers. He also seems to have personal difficulties and consistently displays a combative and argumentative attitude.

Horrible experience with this store. I was here at 2 am today - doing door dash. The entire facility turned its lights off and said they weren’t working on orders. Guy on the phone was RUDE and hung up on me after I told him I was sitting in line, it’s been 20 minutes and I’m just picking up a door dash order.
Great first time experience to have …. Wasted my time , I lost money and employees were so rude.

Taco Bell I keep thinking the prices are fantastic but when I order through the apps I get these results everytime. I try complaining through the app/online and literally get ignored. That’s a 4oz container of cheese less than 1/3rd full. the chaulpa barely has meat on it let alone $1.19 worth of steak added on top of the chicken. The supreme soft taco is lacking sour cream all together as is the stacker. Only a pinch of chips. I haven’t even looked into the burrito. I ordered a Baja blast and my drink was a standard Mtn Dew which may be reasonable but I was never informed of the lack of Baja Blast.
I understand value meals but to be so glaringly wrong per the order deserves attention and recompense and implies awareness of the product without informing of any subtractions while still charging full amount without communicating.
I could complain on whatever app but I never get a response nor a refund. Trash service that Taco Bell on N May in OKC won’t do anything about as far as satisfying a paying customer. Spend the extra dollars and go somewhere reputable.
They forgot one of my taco and when came back they didn't even apologize. A bunch of Kids that work there all had a smirk on their faces including the manager (Jasmin) about I report to her about the problem. People paying money for their food so please act like an adult and professional and not like middle school kids.
