I ordered 3 tacos with door dash and they put lettuce and everything else that I didnt want. So I called to let them know. The manager answered the phone. I told him about my order and he said I have to call you back..whomever he was needs to be fired he was not professional at all.

Went to tacobell and i told them i needed a minute to figure out what i wanted and not even 1 minute went by with them rudely asking if i needed help finding anything and basically rushing me by asking what i wanted . Didn't give me any time to look at menu, and the girl started cussing me out and acting VERY unprofessional. Go to a different location.

This particular Taco Bell comes equipped with a time portal that takes you back to the year 1995 where such wonders as the vhs tape and the floppy disk were popular mediums to store data all the other popular devices were the taco and the Taco Bell in this time portal I experienced both being young and old at the same time while enjoying the original 7 layer burrito that was only 98 cents and a Mountain Dew because a Baja blast had not yet been invented As I came back out of the time portal I realized that you're 2025 was a crap year because there was expensive burritos and Baja blast that had been watered down. When I went back to jump back into the portal to go back to 1995 I realized there was no portal I had simply fallen and hit my head on the table in the middle of the lobby and hallucinated the entire event obviously I will be Coming back for lunch every day until I experience what I experienced again because I will never know true happiness until I'm back in the year 1995

Will have say this is the worst Taco Bell! Last 2 mobile orders were wrong, cold and just tossed at me, but tonight literally tossed on the counter at me because both ladies on staff were more concerned with being viscous to to 12 or so year old boys who ordered a drink just a drink and got accused of theft and called nasty little germs! It was awful and then when they proved the mistake this women couldn’t even apologize it was truly disgusting!

To begin I wanna apologize for being that customer coming through the drive being sooo indecisive at 3am. However the 2 employees working were so amazingly nice,patient,and made me feel important. They made sure to help me and not make me feel rushed. I didn't catch their names but it was a black young man I believe I heard the young lady call him don. The women taking my order had short blond hair. This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received and I'll be back just to see them two specifically. I was amazed with how great the food quality was as well. Give them two a raise.
3x in a row i have placed the same mobile order, crunchwrap with no sourcream. 3x in a row they have gave me no ground beef with sour cream. Most recently they also gave me sour cream on the burrito i always get aswell. Its a mobile order, you cant hear someone wrong in text. Hands down the worst taco bell location ive ever seen.

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I got off the highway. I go through the drive-through and ask for a breakfast item. Instead of just telling me they don't have the item, and saying they only have the breakfast menu, the lady who was manning the window berated me for nearly five minutes straight about how I should have known better. Eventually, I just drove off and went to McDonald's. I certainly will never eat here again. Next time, even if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers.
