This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I got off the highway. I go through the drive-through and ask for a breakfast item. Instead of just telling me they don't have the item, and saying they only have the breakfast menu, the lady who was manning the window berated me for nearly five minutes straight about how I should have known better. Eventually, I just drove off and went to McDonald's. I certainly will never eat here again. Next time, even if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers.

Terrible service, they were rude and didn’t even give what my boyfriend ordered for us. He placed an order through the app way earlier than when he was going to pick it up thinking “yeah it’ll be done by then”. It wasn’t, instead of two bean and cheese burritos I got two rice burritos. One of them with cheese and the other with beans as well. He didn’t even get all of what he ordered. It shouldn’t be that hard at all. Ridiculous.

All I wanted was a beef chalupa. But you can't get that here anymore. It's either chicken or steak. Get it together. I can go next door and get a beef burrito. And a good one at that.

I went to the drive thru, asked for a large nacho fry and a grilled steak and cheese burrito. The person taking my order tried to charge me $18. I got to the window paid, looked at my receipt.. they rang me up for chicken. When they tried to hand it to me I ask if it was chicken or steak (it was chicken) the manager got an attitude when I told him I asked for steak. They fixed the burrito and gave me the bag I pulled up and looked.. no fries. So I went inside the young lady at the front was nice and fixed the issue while the original lady who took my order watched me with a scowl on her face. I hope they have a better rest of their days now that I finally got the correct food and the correct price.

This is insane I came here at dinner time tonight and look at these high dollar nuggets! These look and smelll atrocious! And I like about 15 min from this damn location. Mad is an understatement

I went to this location two days ago after work to bring some food home for the family, the person in the drive-through was very very rude seemed like he just didn't want to be helping at all, I had asked a few questions and he was getting mad at me for asking them and it was only questions regarding the food items on the menu with no one else in line behind me. Just straight up unacceptable.
After I got home we took all the items out of the bag and two items were missing from my order whatever no big deal we will just sit here and enjoy our food. Well after we started eating we had someone bite into a burrito with a HAIR IN IT!!! 🤢🤮 WE ENDED UP JUST THROWING AWAY OUR WHOLE ORDER AND WE PAID $36 FOR IT!

The girl Isabella on drive thru needs to be taught customer service skills. She wouldn’t let us finish ordering before she would say “is that it”. We didn’t even get a chance to order drinks because we were getting irritated. Then she was talking to us like we were stupid when we were telling her that we didn’t want tomatoes on certain tacos. The ones with no tomatoes were for our kids. On top of that we pulled around after getting the food to check the bag and we were missing 2 tacos. Went inside to let them know and the person in the back was going off about how they made them. I spent $68.21

Managers rude. I ordered my food at the computer. Didn't get any sauces that I requested in my bag. And when I called and talked to the manager she said what do you want me to do about it. She was very rude I will never go in there again. If I could get all no stars I would. They need a better manager
