We went through the drive through amd got exceptional customer service!! Food was hot & fresh and made perfectly! They got our order right the first time and man was that Dr. Pepper bomb!! Best bueno in okc for sure!!! Will definitely be back 🙌🏽

We went there for dinner after picking up a family member from the airport, the food was pretty good and came out very quickly, they were very gracious with getting us a few things that were missing from our order. All 3 kids loved the quesadilla, but be aware that it has onions in it, we weren't expecting them but the kiddos either ate them or ate around them. Guac and Sour Cream cost extra if they don't come with the dish, but they have a salsa bar with jalapenos, cilantro, and onions if you want them, and the portions are large. The staff was very polite and helpful and the environment was clean. Staff insisted on cleaning up the mess my 1yo made on the floor, which was very kind, as I was more than happy to clean it myself. It is in a bit of a strange area to get to, but I would visit again if I needed a quick meal.
The taco shell was extremely stale. It could not be eaten. I asked for extra guacamole, I received less than a half a teaspoon of guacamole. I asked for no sour cream, the picture shows sour cream. I asked for my money back for the guacamole I did not get. They told me to come back tomorrow.

Finally a Bueno that makes their food like the advertised pictures plus this Bueno Crew was extremely polite and even brought the food out to my table. You get your moneys worth unlike the Bueno on 39th expressway and meridian which is the WORST Bueno in the city. I’d almost given up going to this food chain but my faith has been renewed. Great job to the Crew!!

Taco bueno used to be the best but now they have just gone down hill. I experienced the nastiest man in the drive thru today And I mean his attitude. I didn't even order because I couldn't trust someone like that making my food all because he couldn't hear me. I've seen people at this location drop food on the ground and pick it back up to serve it. I mean what a bummer for real.

Went inside an they still messed my order up. Charged me for stuff I didn't ask for when ordering. I noticed when I checked my receipt. I ordered two large sides of queso, the order taker ended up charging me for chips & guacamole. Then when I said hey I didn't order this guacamole I just ordered 2 sides of queso I overheard the manager in the in ¥` your team/employees. Always check your receipts an food.
