It’s never busy here and the service is quick. I love the party burritos and the party quesadillas and the guacamole here is amazing and fresh

Ran out of lettuce and then ran out of meat for food. Poor planning and running the establishment. Lack of help and guidance. Extended wait time for orders some customers received refunds.

This is the most disgusting establishment I've ever entered! And I'm talking about every fast food joint I've ever been in. I feel like I needed to get some sort of shots after leaving this gross place. 4P.M. and all the tables are dirty, food all over the floor. The walls around the booths have not been cleaned in months. The condiment section had crap all over it. The front of the trash cans probably had weeks worth of stuff oozing down it and dried up. The place was just filthy and disgusting. One lady was changing the trash that wasn't even close to being full but she should have been cleaning tables, sweeping the floors, scrubbing something...just anything other than changing the trash that was maybe half full. The workers were very undesirable as well. The whole place needs to be torn down and start over. And this was Reno and MacArthur and there was plenty of staff and most were standing around. There are so many things they could have been doing that were more important.

I genuinely didn't like this location. Taco Bueno was one of my favorite locations, but I didn't care for this one. The people in the restaurant didn't really seem as though they liked their jobs very much; which made me question how management treats them.
The chicken salad I ordered was very salty and was very sloppily packed. All of the burritos that I ordered were open in some fashion.
I used to like Taco Bueno as a restaurant, typically the guac was very awesome. This location really changed my mind on that one.

Got a free taco from the thunder game and thought hey free taco. Well it wasn't worth the free taco. If you thought taco bell was bottom of the barrel you haven't tried taco Bueno. Food was awful and place was dirty.
