It is a better taco bueno than others I have been too. But they either dont pay attention or idk what goes on. Everytim I order crunchy tacos, I order them meat and cheese only with extra cheese. I always get them the zero extra cheese sometimes with no cheese even when o literally pay for the extra cheese... it's pretty annoying cause why charge me for the extra cheese if I am not getting it lol. I highly suggest to check your food throughly before you leave.

This is probably the Taco Bueno I would not want to go to. Is the tortillas have always been stale and the food isn't that good. All the employees there act like every customer is a complete nuisance add a waste of their time. It always looks feels and smells dirty and disgusting in there. And while I was lucky enough to not get ill from this place my friend was not and ended up getting food poisoning. Would not recommend this one go to any other taco place

I had a small issue with my order at Taco Bueno, but Marcus, the manager, handled it quickly and professionally. He was understanding, respectful, and made sure everything was corrected without any hassle. It’s rare to see that kind of customer service these days. Marcus truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. The food was great, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Big thanks to Marcus for turning the situation around — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This taco bueno is worse than the others by far. No standards, poor management, filthy lobby. I used to love bueno but its a 50/50 chance that I even get edible food here. They let homeless people hang out in the lobby (with their salsa bar👀) and they are so unprofessional and sometimes just rude. The salsa bar is always gross and just a gross idea in general without any upkeep. The tables are often dirty so good luck dining in... and worst of all they won't throw out old food, they just keep serving it until it's gone. The rice is almost always VISIBLY old and crunchy. The beans are hard and dry from hours in a hot pan. The ground beef is just bad. Today they gave me a bueno platter that looked like it was prepared an hour before I arrived. The rice and beans were hard. The enchiladas were soggy and had cheese scraped off?? And the sour cream and guacamole chip thing was clearly prepped beforehand (why tf would you do that?) The guacamole was brown and sour cream was cracked and dry. Literally couldn't eat any of it. Really wish 0 stars was a thing because they need to close that location🤮

Worked 15 days was never paid has cochroaches bad left beans out over night in kettle with roaches everywhere still served them mold on powered sugar there is more soy lard in beans than beans 🫘 facts lettuce was way 💧 water slimy hamburger meat served pink staff rude asf to customers n crazy how I wasn't paid
