Ran out of lettuce and then ran out of meat for food. Poor planning and running the establishment. Lack of help and guidance. Extended wait time for orders some customers received refunds.

Got a whole lotta box and a party platter. Staff was very friendly and helpful..Took a lil while to get our food which is completely understandable. Bad side of the evening is our taco shells was horrendously stale. Almost hard to chew at some moments. ?? Great customer service, yes. Remembering to close the taco shell containers, no. Lmao

I want it to be known. I have ate at Taco Bueno religiously for 30 years everyday. And I want it too be said. That the latina girl at Reno and Mac Arthur in Oklahoma City that girl Is on point. Her food is like it's supposed to be. It's exact and precise and perfect just like it's supposed to be. The beans are always creamy. And savory. And satisfying. The only time.. I get a PERFECT burrito. Is when the latina girl or the GM is working. Otherwise. I get a burrito...
