Slow service. Drive through line is always wrapped around the parking lot and they choose not to hire adequate help. Don’t waste your lunch break waiting in their parking lot.

I had always gone to this Bueno since we moved here in the 80's from time to timean order was incorrect; however I am due hard Bueno Fan so no bad review even when I should've HOWEVER MY BROTHER N I WENT IN THE OTHER EVENING CUZ I REALIZED I HADN'T EATEN N TOOK MY DINNER MEDICATION. WELL THRU THE DRIVE THRU WE ORDERED 4 SIMPLEITEMS....MUCHACO .. TWO BEAN BURRITOS ANDAPARTYBURRITO. WE STARTED HOME AND THEY GAVE US TACOS, CHIPS AND QUESO. I TURN AROUND HE WENT BACK IN AND YOU WOULD THINK EASY FIX? NOPE THEY LEFT OFF 1 THING AND MADE THE FULL PRICED BURRITOS ,PARTYBURRITOSOF COURSEI GO IN THIS TIME ,ANDNOTONLYDID THE WOMAN MGR THERE LIGHTLY ACCUSE ME OF ATTENPTING TO GET FREE FOOD, BUT THE YOUNG COOK LET ME WALK OUT OF THERE WITHOUT INFORMING MEE HE HAD MADE THE PARTY BURRITOS INSTEAD OF FULL SIZE BURRITOS!?! & MY BROTHER THOUGHT BESTHE JUST GIVE ME HISSOI DIDNT TURN AROUND AND ACT OUT OF CHARACTER.I CANNOT GO TACO BELL CRAZY, AND THERES NO REAL COMPARISON BUT COME ON GUYS! At drive thru I ordered party burrito and beef nacho salad w/ sour cream and easy lettuce. Waited in line 15+ minutes had order repeated twice and even saw them open my salad and look at it. When I get it no sour cream and I was charged and lots of lettuce and burrito was cold cheese was solid like beans were cold to start with. Will never go back and there again. All locations are getting terrible

Their manager is illegally requiring customers to show Identification while stating that “corporate” is requiring this illegal measure. When I pull up the common law the manager claims corporate forces him to illegally ID for commerce without even selling an age restricted item, even though the company has no license to restrict sale by age of any sort. I’ll get a full refund and take legal action next time they unlawfully order me to Identify myself for an order I made and provide the stated stipulations/policy of order received by providing name, order # and lastly, the items in description if they think we are a criminal and want to detour criminal activity. Now, if this manager is enforcing his own policy and claiming corporate is forcing him to, then there are obviously two issues. Get it right, Bueno. We can’t order correctly at the drive thru because your system is set up to successfully mess up any order and when us loyal customers chose the method of ordering via website you still detour returning customers by making it difficult to have even the slightest pleasant experience at your business. What are you all thinking half the time? Sometimes I thing they’re aim is to go completely out of business. I own many restaurants in the industry and know exactly what you all keep doing wrong. Why is this so hard? I’ll reach out to Roy. Hopefully he can do something to fix this. He was one of the last to give a care about proper service. Your system should avoid legal actions first, secondly, you should incorporate that common knowledge way of maintaining business in the matters by simply allowing managers to see the name, order number and said items to ensure quality service. Not accuse returning customers they are suspected of theft and must show ID. What a joke. This is enough information you all need to to make corrections before I chose to return, if I chose to do so. Taco Casa is making quite the name for themselves, so….
