you have roaches in your food falling from the ceiling and crawling on the floor!! it’s infested with roaches all over the place! it’s sad your manager is selling this food. and rolling up these roaches in the burritos.

We moved to Guthrie and were stopping in town for something. Kids wanted Bueno. Their party burrito had lipstick on it. Like a lip mark from someone's lipstick. It was red and shiny, absolutely disgusting. The lady at the window, opened the window, said the total and when I went to hand her the money she just shut the window and turned around and walked off. I saw her standing there talking to the person rolling the burritos. Customer service a 0. She came back to the window and couldn't bother trying to hand the money out of the window, made me go 100 percent to the window unlike the usual 50 50 reach. It's Bueno so didn't expect much but still.

Very disappointed. Saw an ad for a tamale combo. Went to get it and all I got was one taco, one tamale and a small drink for $10. The ad had three tamales. False advertisement. Also I could have ordered the three pack of tamales, one taco and a small drink separately for 1.50 difference. What a rip off.
Staff was friendly, the facility was clean, food was good, served fast prepared as expected. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a taco Bueno that everything worked as it should, this location did a great job.

Figured I would try it again, still a waste of time and money. Drive thru menu won't detect a vehicle until you can't read half the menu. I have a food allergy and told them 3 times not to use it, but they still didn't follow my instructions. Returned only to find they had closed and though they were still inside would only say they were closed and not even try to talk to me. Service at this location has been poor for several years.
Dietary restrictions: They frequently fail to follow instructions on dietary restrictions and refused to correct their mistake.

For two meals it was almost 30$. One meal had a 1.25$ for a large drink. The other meal had a up charge of 3.69$ for a large drink. The nacho chips were half stale and half burnt. The taquito meal was bland. Both meals were too expensive for the amount of food given.

Service speed & friendliness of staff is hit or miss. Going inside does not speed up service either. Food orders typically accurate, condiments asked for is a maybe. Value menu is barely worth the 1.50 any more; often stale taco shells or tortillas, minimal meat or cheese on taco, tostada, burrito. BUT i luv TB so I continue to return. If have Chime card can get 14-16% cash back. (best value menu=taco mayo)

Use to be my favorite place but the stupid people don't even give you the right type of sauce I asked for fire and got tomato sauce. This hasn't been the first third of fifth time. So I'm having to go inside with my walker because these people can't get it right. Let's get some people who can get it right
