This location, Ive had a good experience each time I visit. I don't run into unwanted lettuce or tomatoes in my food or burnt beans in my food. the burritos are nice and full not tiny little rolled up tortillas. The only negative to this location is the drive-thru, it's right next to the traffic so it's hard for the employees to hear.

Took a long time to ever get anyone to take my order. They gave me the wrong order and the place was absolutely filthy. The food I got was good.
The food has become not-so tastful. The service is okay but the relish bar is generally filthy. The bathrooms are not regularly maintained.

Location at 39th and Meridian in Oklahoma City has horrible customer service, no sense of urgency, orders constantly wrong, a crew that is just as unprofessional as the service. There are many better options in the area than this location.

I've been here 3 times. Each experience was the same.1 st time, I walk in side and there's a line of two people so I stand for 10 mins without any of the workers looking towards the customers in line. The food was only the lettuce and cheese no meat.2nd time I ordered online and went inside and again the workers would not look towards the customers in line. I was basically looking at my food getting colder while I waited another 15 minutes for food I already paid for. The guy with the mop gave me my food while the other two workers never acknowledge me until I asked for some ice because the ice machine isn't working. I get home and everything was soggy. Bummer.The 3rd the wait was so long my date just wanted to go to the taco truck up the road.Lousy service and rude employees.
