Aug 2025: what a nice change to be able to go to the drive through and be able to place an order without any issues. Location on nw 39th should pay attention!Decent location for Taco B. mostly fresh & typically have condiments desired. Staff for most part courteous, nice. BIG change from 3 or 4 yrs ago. Only have used drive-thru thru, which is normally quick. Cleanliness inside is uknown. Location is pretty busy trying to turn onto/off N May.

My second good experience at a Taco Bueno. Most of the time I go to other locations the service is slow and confused. Not this time. We'll go back again hopefully they'll keep the great staff they seem to have now.

Very disappointing, my husband enjoyed his food and mine I did too but they literally served me old stale crunchy rice. I asked for a replacement and they gave me a replacement of fresh rice. Chips were stale. It’s disappointing though that they would serve old stale rice and chips and not keep up with the timing of food. I can’t be the only one who got old rice. Wait times are stupid if you are doing dine. They look right at you and continue doing other things. Customer service is subpar here.

This is not the closest Bueno to my home, but it the better of the 2. Service is always good and products are consistent. My visits are always lunch-time visits.

Like for the longest time, I’ve been able to pay for a medium drink cup and get it filled up with salsa.
So tell me why I ask for a large cup of salsa and they try to sell me this dinky little bean cup of salsa for the price of a medium drink? Like the beans don’t even cost that much I know it costs more to make those than the salsa.
Well I asked for a refund and when they couldn’t figure out how to do it. They called their manager and instead of asking about the salsa cup, they asked about how to do a refund for just the salsa.
It’s a shame because the food was actually really good this time. But my beef nacho salad was soggy by the time I got it home. It’s to be expected but the extra time I had to wait there for the refund and then spend more time filling a bag full of little 2oz cups. Frustrating but at least it was free.
The beef, salsa, queso, and bean burrito were really good. The chips probably would’ve been good had I eaten immediately when it was handed to me. But such is life

They didn’t have the correct box for my beef mucho nachos, so they grabbed a different box and decided I only needed half my food. See attached photo of a half filled box/order. Order was on 7/7/25 at 8:20pm. Will never go here again.
Maybe it was my fault for going at 2:30pm but the food was old and cold. Also super expensive. What happened to taco bueno

This is your typical Taco Bueno experience. Staff wasn't overly friendly but did their job efficiently. Food was just okay... nothing more or less than what is usually expected of a Taco Bueno. Restaurant was clean but dated and could use a few repairs.

I’ve been to many taco Bueno’s where the lobby was trashed and the employees act like they didn’t wanna be there. The owner is really nice. I get four bean burritos of extra chili sauce and it really hits a spot and can’t forget the queso.
