Sold my wife and I two drinks even though CO2 was out. Then when we tried to fill our drinks, we brought it up and says, “yeah the whole store is out.” Could’ve said that first. Then, I ordered a platter and didn’t get the sides. On top of that, salsa bar was completely empty. All of this at 8pm. Yikes man. Wish I’d gone across the street to Ted’s.

Asked for a minute at the drive thru to figure out all the orders in the car. I was not given the minute and then the person taking the orders was doing other stuff and missed what I was ordering. But the worst was the stale chips and incorrectly made food. It tasted so poorly that I gave it to my dogs willingly. Will not be going to this location again for over priced bland food.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and the guy at the window said that they didn't have any so he offered a chicken and I said that's fine when I got back to my job from my lunch break opened it I had received a flat ass half toasted cheese quesadilla I've been calling the store and they keep picking the phone up and hanging it up it's sad that they can't get the simplest order right I won't be back

It just keeps falling down. Give back the clean, well maintained property to fit the neighborhood. The food still tastes good , but nasty is not a word that should be in any review . It fits here, nasty.

Excellent food excellent service wonderful management the best all-around Taco Bueno in town thank goodness it's right down the street from my house so I get to go there anytime I'm ready and I'm always ready for some Taco

Food is good quality. Staff is friendly. I come here a lot and location always clean. Salsa bar well stocked which i have found not always case at all bueno location. However this location is a little slow which only reason for 4/5 stars as i still consider taco bueno to be fast food.

I don’t understand why this location closes at 10pm when I can look 100ish yards away and see a line of cars at Taco Bell - seemingly proof that people would visit Bueno… at least stay open later than 10pm on Fri/Sat night. Geez!
