I had a great experience here so I had to leave a review. Sunday morning we walked in and my sister and I were greeted instantly. The back work space was clean and organized. Only two men were working but you totally could not tell. My order was brought out to me. The other man came out and asked customers if they were ok and enjoying their meal. Quite a few people started showing up but that didn’t slow them down. Everyone got the same treatment. Very pleasant and my food was great! I have not had any good experiences with fast eats at all this year. Most places hire whoever will show up. Attitude, dirt and all. I did not have that experience here and I wanted to commend the hard work. Definitely will be back.

I don't know if they hire people with bad customer service. because none of these workers can comprehend simple orders. And always get my order wrong.They should have closed down this place instead of del taco. Even the workers dress dirty and unsanitary when preparing your food. And then they look at you like they are upset for you coming to the counter when they're only helping drive-thru. If I can give this a minus 5 star I would

I came to your restaurant and ordered through the drive thru yesterday. I ordered four (4) crunchy beef tacos. Now, tell me why were all four tacos placed in a large single container and not wrapped in individual taco wrappers? This was a total mess while trying to travel. Tacos were broken and the inside filling was tossed all around the container causing tacos to be empty when grabbed. This was highly disappointing, especially when I was not prepared to eat a tossed salad in my car with no napkins or plastic ware. Flavor was okay, presentation and delivery was extremely disappointing.

This has to be the worst taco Bueno ever. Every time I come here, it takes 20 minutes to make it through the drive-through even if it’s just one or two cars ahead of me Avoid this location!!!!!

We waited 25 minutes to order and their excuse was they just went through shift change and the prior shift left nothing stocked. They said they had to restock the meat, chips, cheese, and toppings. I have not been to this location in a couple years because the last time I came we had the same problem. I don’t know what is going on here but it needs to be fixed. Sounds like the management isn’t doing their job either. Definitely will not be going back. They should have at least offered a discount or something for their horrible customer service. I will definitely be reaching out to the corporate office so maybe they can make some changes.

I have such mixed feelings about this review. I went inside to place my order. I was the only customer in the store. The lady that took my order seemed very upset she had to quit bagging trash to take my order. The two cooking were both really sweet but it took over 23 minutes to get my food. They kept telling me they were working on it but I was watching them make food for people that ordered in the drive thru after I ordered. I know the two cooking were doing all they could but I feel like it wasn't a very good experience.

Very terrible make me wait outside the front door everytime I order no matter the amount of stuff in my order, everytime I get my order it’s wrong or missing items horrible.
I've forgiven this place many times for their slow service, dirty drink machine, and sloppy condiment station and I kept going back. Today I waited at the counter to order for literal minutes before I just left without being helped. I'll never visit this location again.

Excellent customer service. Went through there late last night and my crappy truck died in the drive thru as I was trying to figure out my order, dead battery, the kind young man, Tayler or Tyler, 😬(it was kate and now its early and I'm barely awake but said I'd gove a good review lol) came out and helped my brother push my big a$$ truck into the lot into a spot and we ended up getting a jump from the next customer that pulled through. Took out of a panic level cuz I'm 50 blocks from home and my jumper cables weren't in the truck.

Horrible drive-thru experience. Young man taking my order was having trouble and repeated my order back wrong. After a couple of tries another guy interrupted him and told me to pull to the window. When I got to the window he stepped in front of the guy taking my order and told me my price. I told him it was repeated back incorrectly and he cut me off and said no I got it. I asked him to repeat it and he still had it wrong too. He was so rude not only to his co-worker but to me as the customer as well. Then the same rude guy took food out to the guy in front of me that they asked to pull forward and told him it wouldn't have taken so long if he had pulled to the front doors like he was asked to. On the way inside he was bitching at the coworker over his headset that he needed to make sure to tell people to pull to the front door. I don't know if he was a manager or lead but someone needs to give him proper leadership and customer service training. I almost went inside and apologized to the man that took my order that he was being treated so poorly. We're all just trying to make a living, I wish more people would try out having compassion and respect. This was only my second time trying this location and I doubt I'll be back.
