It's water, NOTHING MORE PAINTED WITH LITTLE TOMATO AND TOMATO The tortillas of the tacos ? are hard and the meat is very hard and dry, it seems like they have it for a long time on the grill. It's a shame that they say it's Calvillo Style.

They cut vegetables daily and the menudo and birrea is made fresh every weekend, and food is made daily!! Excellent food very pristine, good in quality.

Just happened to discover this place in my search for something other than a chain restaurant on this side of town. I love this little authentic Mexican food spot! My go to are the tacos (asada and pollo). I need to branch and try other things because it all looks delicious!Very friendly staff! Also, don't expect the typical chips, queso and salsa with your meals.
Drinks where very watery not much flavor. But matched the food. Nothing special. No added flavors for better taste. Could make better at home. Atleast nothing was burned I guess. But may have given it more flavor if it was. Great for people who can't taste very well. Or kids because kids like simple food.
