A bit disappointed. I was looking forward to trying this place. My friend and I get there and there were 2 other groups waiting. We were greeted and told there was about a 15 min wait and we could just hang out. She didn’t offer to take our name or anything, just told us to wait in the waiting area. So we wait and see the other 2 parties get seated and assume we were next. A few other groups come in after us. We waited about 15 min and no one said anything to us. So I went to the host which had changed from the person I spoke with. She said oh you were supposed to put your name down and said she can take my name now. I said ok I would like to be moved ahead of the parties that came in after us since we have been waiting already. She said no I can’t do that but I can put you on the list. I said I have already waited and people have come in after, no one told us to put our name down. She told me she can’t move me up us up. I have worked in customer service for a long time. This is not how you treat customers. Unfortunately no matter how good the food might be somewhere, if you can’t make things right after us realizing you messed up, no point in me trying this place.

They don't clean their kitchens and they underpay the staff. Sad cause I used to love this place.

To be fair Ramen is not my favorite. We took our furniture daughter in law for her birthday. The food was good. We sat on the enclosed patio and it was so hot even with A/C the inside was so loud we and cramped We couldn't enjoy the goup. Parking was bad. Over all not a fan. Based more on the experience than the food.

Our server was Ramsey and he is awesome! Our table never went without anything, but wasn't overbearing/hovering.

We sat out on the patio which was comfortable and enclosed.

Our food was great as always. Ramsey had no issue with me pre ordering a to-go order of ramen and he even brought out the egg that came with mine (that I didn't want) in a separate bowl so my husband could add it to his bowl.

10 out of 10 recommend this place is growing and I can't wait to see all the new improvements.

The only negative thing is the rough parking area, but I don't think they are in charge of that.

Food isn’t bad here, just not my preference when it comes to the flavors they offer here.

Ordered the spicy miso ramen. It was okay, the sweetness was unexpected and threw me off. Also weird that they weren’t able to accommodate my request for a reduced/low sodium option when JINYA has no problem doing that for me when I ask. Luckily the ramen wasn’t too salty like I thought it’d be and ended up being fine. Sadly I still didn’t finish it nor wanted to take it to go…

I also tried a little bit of the garlic ramen(? I don’t remember the name) my family member got and strongly preferred that over what I ordered, but still found it to also taste just okay.
However, if you like takoyaki, I’d recommend ordering it here.

Server was nice. Seems like she was doing her best to be attentive when it was busy on top of her training someone while serving us.

Overall, this place isn’t bad if you’ve never had ramen before and want to try something new. But I’d recommend JINYA over this place for their more palatable flavors and options to customize if you don’t like what you see on the menu. I bring up JINYA because I’ve eaten at multiple locations in other states, and always go back to them when I want ramen. I honestly wish this review was sponsored by them lol

Excellent dining experience with superior service. Tau B was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. She made the ramen experience. The food was delicious. The Gyoza was some of the best I’ve had in OKC. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items. I had the garlic ramen and the creamy sauce was to die for.

Definitely upset that I haven't been here before. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful ramen. Shelby was wonderful, you should ask for her.

We dined outside so I can’t say much about the interior. I did wish we dined there as they were working on expanding the restaurant and the noise was unpleasant. The service was great. We both got the spicy ramen with chicken. My husband added an egg for $2.00. He got the gyoza and I got karaage chicken. Everything tasted amazing. It’s easily the best ramen I have ever had. I want to go back asap to get more.

EAT HERE NOW! I've been to a number of ramen shops, and quite frankly you can't do much better than Tamashii. It is tight, and it's hard to eat here if you have a larger conference group, but throw four people in a car and get here early for dinner for a good time and delicious food. Takoyaki, yes. Wings, yes, Gyoza, yes. Karage Chicken, yes. Ramen, yes. Just throw your finger at the menu, choose, and you, too, shall eat and be merry.
