Randomly stopped here as my normal taco truck was closed. These were a nice surprise compared to my normal taco choice, loved the smoked taste of the asada. Also the truck and kitchen were much cleaner than many I have visited. Will be back for sure.

The food is average not great but not bad. The suadero is more like carnitas but dry. I orders the alpastor tacos because I was under the impression that they were made on the trompo completely, to my surprise they are not the meat is sliced off and cooked on the flat grill. The pineapple don't come from the top of the trompo they are canned pineapple tiblits that are grilled on the flat grill as well. The salsa is just Chipotle taste like they they just opened a can and blended it to make salsa. The horchata water is not made from scratch. The onion and jalapeño were undercooked. I was disappointed in the food honestly.
