When I walked in, I noticed drinks sitting on the counter even though customers were inside waiting. I later realized it was because they weren’t calling out names for the orders. One woman’s drink sat there for about six minutes before her name was finally called. When mine was ready, they only announced it as a “mobile order,” even though there were multiple people waiting. I had to look closely at the cup to make sure it was actually mine. This could all be avoided if they simply called out names for the drinks like they’re supposed to.

Normally, I really enjoy this place. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and while the staff did correct it—which I truly appreciated—they voiced their frustration loudly throughout the process, insisting it wasn’t their mistake. I understand the challenges and stress of customer service, and would not have minded if those comments had been made privately. However, addressing them in front of a customer in that manner demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect.

everytime i come into teapioca, i feel welcomed but when i come to the counter, i don't know what i want. the worker gives me recommendations and i tend to not go with any of them. overall i'm satisfied with my drink because it was made well. the atmosphere is nice, music changes from r&b to k-pop, and they also have games to play! i will continue to come here, i highly recommend the fresh watermelon juice with mixed fruit jelly or panda oolong milk tea with boba!

The girls inside of here legitimately have no idea what’s going on. I asked if they still had macron’s and the girl at the register told me she didn’t know, she then asked the other girl, who said that they had new flavors but they haven’t put the new poster out (as the old poster had sad face sticky notes all over it to show they didn’t have certain flavors anymore) I then ask could she tell me what they had and what the new flavors where. She just looked at me and didn’t respond. Literally. Then I asked what was making them not want to get them out? Are they frozen? Is there a problem with them? Which then the first girl chimed in and told me they only had chocolate left 🥴 They do not care about sales here if they refuse to get the product out to sell it. SMH
