The girls inside of here legitimately have no idea what’s going on. I asked if they still had macron’s and the girl at the register told me she didn’t know, she then asked the other girl, who said that they had new flavors but they haven’t put the new poster out (as the old poster had sad face sticky notes all over it to show they didn’t have certain flavors anymore) I then ask could she tell me what they had and what the new flavors where. She just looked at me and didn’t respond. Literally. Then I asked what was making them not want to get them out? Are they frozen? Is there a problem with them? Which then the first girl chimed in and told me they only had chocolate left 🥴 They do not care about sales here if they refuse to get the product out to sell it. SMH

I recently visited Teapioca and had an outstanding experience! Natalie and the entire team provided exceptional service—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was impressed by how quickly they prepared my drink, less than 5 minutes, without sacrificing quality. The menu offers a great variety of flavors, and the drinks were delicious and refreshing. Whether you’re craving bubble tea or any of their other fun beverages, Teapioca is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

It is with sadness I write this review but I have had too many bad experiences at this specific location. I love Teapioca and have been a regular for about 5 years but this location has several staff members that are lazy and cut corners. Teapioca has high quality teas and I always order them. They require 5 minutes to brew. There are several staff that barely let it sit 2 minutes so they can finish the drink quickly and I receive a basically white milk tea. My overall worse experience was when I ordered a black milk tea with strawberry syrup and they gave me their strawberry smoothie mix just without ice. It was slimy and thick. I took it up front and told them what I thought had happened and the girl up front told me with a straight face “our syrup is just like that” it is important to note I had ordered that drink before and their syrup is not like that. I am begging teapioca for some over sight as their staff is harming their quality. Please if anyone wants teapioca go to a different location. I have included a picture of a basically white milk tea (supposed to be Pu’Erh tea) and my “strawberry milk tea”

Got a Thai Coconut smoothie and Butterfly Pea Flower tea, both were really tasty - Would highly recommend the Butterfly tea if you enjoy subtle/floral flavors. Service was prompt, prices were great compared to many places I've been, and the girls up front were really sweet.
My only complaint is the speaker being a tad bit too loud, but everything else was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

This doesn’t even deserve one star.We just pulled up and it wasn’t even 10:00pm the open sign was still on and one girl ran up and locked the door!real immature and unprofessional!!!!!!I literally have out of these girls laugh at us because we don’t get what we wanted!
