Doesn’t answer the phone within 30 minutes to close and starts mopping before closing time I wanna walk in while someone is mopping

Not bad for boba tea. Got the honeydew. I asked for lower sweetness but the said they can’t do that with honeydew or taro. Luckily it wasn’t overly sweet. Boba was chewy.

I got two boba teas and without asking they put in small tiny boba pearls instead of the regular size. Ruined the drink, the texture was more like fish eggs and flavorless unlike the big size boba. If they run out of boba they need to inform customers about it instead of just putting a bunch of tiny boba in.

I’ve been visiting this place and it’s branches across Oklahoma City and Edmond. They never disappoint, and their bubble tea is very good. Tried many things, and our favorite drink happens to be Taro Cream Tea. Also, we’ve been to other bubble tea places, but this is the best! Price is pretty high, but the taste justifies it.

Just a nice place for smoothies. This is our favorite stop for such. I had a strawberry banana, pineapple with 2 fruit jelly shots. WoW!

It’s hit or miss at this store based on the person making the drinks. Prior we would come every weekend to have a boba. It was our weekend happy experience but recently the drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes made correctly sometimes not. When they’re made correctly the flavors are full, ice balance is good but when they’re not made well it’s mostly ice and flavor is lacking. I can narrow it down to the barista making the drinks. If one girl is there she’s excellent (a little heavy set, very nice girl) but recently another girl has been making the drinks (thin, tall girl) and her drinks are not good. Perhaps training is in order. We can’t continue to spend our hard earned cash on lousy made drinks. It’s not only about the money, it’s also about the disappointment of the experience.Hi, it was last Sunday around 4:30pm.
