My company ordered catering from this Teds and it was amazing. The waiter who dropped the food off set everything up and made sure we were very taken care of. If you're out there I'm sorry my company didn't tip you!! If I ever see you again I'm going to tip you myself. Friendly and clean and quick servicing y'all are awesome.

Late in the evening on Birthday. They got us in and was pleasant. Which was shocking to say the least because so many restaurants we gone to since covid has Horrible service. Ted's must be doing something right!

I could drink their salsa and live off their tortillas alone. This place has been a favorite for a long time. Excellent service except I feel they’ve never seen the customer service video called
“ give ‘em the pickle” lol they’ve stopped garnishing basic drinks like my husband’s favorite sweet tea, with items from the bar ? like he really just wants an orange slice or two and they say no every single time. Super weird and not a big complaint. “Just give em the pickle” it’s a basic customer service skill to please the customer. Yeah an orange slice isn’t a lot but it’s huge when it comes to the experience and what the “customer” wants. In a job where tips and customer service rule it’s odd that management would cause a stink about what DRINKS deserve what garnishes when they’re for the CUSTOMER not the business. But my rant is over and I’ll be back I still love it but if you could just give him the pickle y’all might get better tips js.

The setup was the only thing worth eating. I took the Chicken Monterrey home for the dog. Waitress was great. I'll stick to the north side location.

Chips, queso, salsa and tortillas are complimentary. It was all delicious. I got the chicken burrito dinner and my boyfriend got the chicken Monterey dinner. Both of our dinners were great and they didn’t take long at all to come out. Portions are big and my burrito is enough for 2 meals for me personally. Our waitress was awesome and kept our drinks full. Sopaipillas are also complementary and super good. I was too excited for it to get a picture.

The waitstaff are always so nice everytime we go. The food is amazing. I have tried many things on the menu and have never had anything I didn't like. I would recomed Ted's to anyone looking for some amazing tex mex food.
