First time at the location on Western. Was never a big fan of Ted's but it seems to be better now. The food was good, the service was great, but the drinks were not that good. I had a regular Margarita. It tasted like 7-Up. The other drink was a Blackberry Margarita. It was bitter. Our waiter did gets us a shot of simple syrup and that helped a lot.

when i walked in the door to get my togo order nobody greeted me or asked what i was there for i waited 5 minutes till a manager finally came over there and asked me, when i got my food i didn’t have a table started witch they are supposed to give to you with every togo order that was the main reason i ordered it the fist place, and when i open the box my food was in i was even more disappointed than i was when i first waked into that building everything was mixed and cold. very very bad customer service and will never go back, they don’t give a shit about togo orders

First time being there and everything was great, as soon as I came in I was greeted, the food came out hot and fresh and I was checked on by the best part of the experience, I made a note to remember her name and how to spell it. Ronnah, made the experience even better. She was very pleasant and I hope the next time I come to feast, she's there.

Not sure how a multimillion dollar restaurant with multiple locations runs out of silverware Saturday night when it wasn’t nearly as busy. Also not sure how standards fell so low, with slow service and sub-standard food when it used to be great. Don’t know when or if I’ll be back.

Just ate here it was really good food. Amazing service had Haley as my waitress and she did such a great job.Cayden her manager is doing such a great job!!

Margherita runs a clean and quick establishment!! Food is exceptional and im ALWAYS excited to see my favorite server Ana cause she brings an experience with the food! Beautiful smile and my kids love her!! Can't wait to come back for more
