Texas de Brazil is an upscale dining experience at Penn Square Mall. It is excellent and worth a visit for that special occasion.
Vegetarian options: I mean it is a Brazilian steak house so it is a lot of buck for the bang to go here just for salad. HOWEVER, the salad bar and starters do not disappoint. The mashed potatoes and fries are fantastic. The fried plantains are quite a treat. You will have some nice variety and get full. Outstanding sauces and tabouli. The chimichurri sauce is an absolute triumph.
Dietary restrictions: Low-carb and Keto folks will thrive here.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen plenty of families dine here. It is upscale dining though; kids should be on their best behavior.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and access is adjacent to the mall, so standard wheelchair access for a large mall is what you can expect - adequate wheelchair parking and ramps, typical throng of mall-goers, etc. The restaurant is a single level, ground floor, double doors, easy to roll in. I say go for it.

It was Amazing! It is pricey at about $70 a plate although the hubby and I both had the Dragon Fruit Margaritas, which were amazing! Our server was very sweet and was on it. Definitely recommend!!!

Atmosphere was elegant and classy and the music was at a good volume allowing people to chat without having to yell.
The food was fantastic too: the salad bar has a great and exciting variety of options for vegetables, starches and protein that complimented the meat that was served.
The meat preparation method and seasoning also varied for some cuts ranging from plain, Parmesan, bacon and garlic to name a few.
If you want to "hit the buffet" and keep your dignity, this is the place (albeit, the cost will reflect this).

Overall, the experience is Amazing. However, I do wish they still gave the complimentary dessert for birthdays or anniversaries. I love the cheese bread.

We have been to this location many times. Food and services are great. 11/3/24 we were there, and the foods are not the same. Meats and seasonings are different. Seems like meat quality is a lot lower.

Food was great. The mashed potatoes were amazing, the Brazilian cheese bread was great, the potatoes au gratin were amazing, even the beer battered fries were great. Has a pretty nice salad bar too. The meats are typically cooked medium rare so if you like medium or well done, you have to request it. We really liked all the food we tried. The drinks are really good too. Had the Manhattan and the dragonfruit Margarita. The seating is a little cramped and it would be cool to have a little background music or something because I felt like everyone around me could hear my conversation lol. The tables are close together. Also, I didn't pay attention to how expensive this place was, but it's like $54 per person for the meal and the drinks were $12.50 each for us and the take home dessert we got was $12. We spent $180 for the two of us, including taxes and tip. Not terrible for a special occasion I guess, and you get a nice variety of foods. But a buffet is much cheaper.
