The food was mouth watering and our server Wyatt was 10/10 best server I have in a long time very friendly very funny had a great recommendation for me and I'm a very picky eater absolutely amazing experience 🫶🏻

From the moment we walked the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. We received and hand written note thanking us for visiting that location. We two different managers check on our services throughout out dinner. Food was hot, drinks were always filled. We will be back, thank you

Let me start with saying I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse and I never have any issues at the other locations I eat at but this was the first and last time for this location. From the start we were told a 45 min wait time, which ended up being 1:30 mins later we were seated. Everything was going well, got our appetizer and drinks ordered our food. My wife and I ordered our steaks the exact same medium well, hers came out red and mine was well done. When they delivered the food to the table there were no sides and the lady told us they were out of potatoes is there anything else we wanted I said no just potatoes, she said let me check again with the kitchen. Mean while our server delivered food to the table next to us with potatoes so the manager came by and I told her I don’t understand how the kitchen is out of potatoes but delivers them to the table next to us after we got our food. Then the waiter comes out with our baked potatoes and mashed potatoes after we finish our steaks. The manager comes back with our receipt and says she took off our appetizer and loaded extras on our sides. Our bill is $105 dollars so we pay cash $120 and told the waiter we didn’t need any change and he walks off we were right behind him on our way out I see him go to the computer in front of us and pull up our ticket and it looks like he starts taking things off our ticket, until he sees me watching and he quickly closes it out. I’m not sure what he was doing but it looked like he was making himself a bigger tip it was very fishy, So over all a very frustrating experience, I don’t recommend this location

I think we would have enjoyed the food much more if at getting there at 430pm and have a 2 hour wait to get a table. I doubt we will be going back because I can't think of any food worth me standing in an overcrowded entry for 2 hours. It was ridiculous. Our server was wonderful, and like I said, the food was really good. All of the staff that were in view were busting their butt's, too....it's not like anyone was slacking. Staff was outstanding.. I hope management knows this.
Oh and parking is way too small for the amount of traffic they have going through there.
