Texas Roadhouse

The food won't matter when they won't seat you. Waited, Waited. Waited --- and waited well past an hour beyond the wait time that was quoted. Supposedly your name is in the computer, and then the staff starts asking names and party #s and writing it on a list (after already waiting 90+ minutes). Total joke. Never going back. If they can't handle the hostess station, they probably can't handle much else. Total waste.

VERY busy and loud. Rolls were hot and delicious. My wife ordered Chicken fried chicken, baked potato, and corn. She received a chicken fried steak, cooled down baked potato, and her corn. We had to ask for the sour cream we wanted for the potatoes both hers and mine. I ordered 8oz strip, medium, baked potato and salad. The steak was ok, not TSH great, just ok. My BP was also already cool by the time I got it. Salad was good. My son got the grilled shrimp 9ct. He said they were good.

If waits take longer than estimated should probably let customers know. Est. 1 hour wait time finally left after 2 1/2 hours.

Food was good for the most part as we go here a lot, except for when one of our party didn't get their food until it was time to leave and it was still brought out without sides. The service rating was low because we had a group of 25 to be seated and I even gave them a heads up earlier in the day (11:00 AM) to get on the wait list and they crammed us in 3 tables without enough seats. We even had six of our group at one small both and they didn't even offer us another table. Plus they didn't know how their gift cards work. I think I will give the one on West OkC a chance next time.

I went there on a hectic day to pick up food for a work event. The staff, the food , and the place was amazing ! It is the holidays, we all have to be kinder to one another. There was a bit of a wait but the staff was trying their hardest to get everything correct. The place was packed ! I hope the staff gets recognized. Who ever was working the to go orders today dec 13th @ around 6-8 , you guys are amazing ! Thank you for all the hard work you do .

Seems to always be busy since I go during busy times, but never had an issue with the food nor the service! So I'll continue to go to this location!
Love the rolls and the server never fails to ask if you would like more.

This is the family’s go-to. The kids are always asking for some TRH. Never had anything I didn’t like here and service is always good. The quality of food you get here for the price is unbeatable.

If I could give the General Manager located at this location zero stars, I would do so. My husband and I, plus my 12#, short-haired, non-shedding SERVICE DOG, had gone into this location for dinner. After being fitted, ordering drinks and appetizers, the General Manager approached our table and objected to my SERVICE DOG, quietly lying by my side. He informed us my SERVICE DOG had to remain on the floor. My dog is trained to alert if I am not receiving enough oxygen, especially unknowingly, BEFORE it becomes a life threatening issue. Most people, even the servers waiting on us do not even realize he's there. He NEEDS to be right by my side for a legitimate medical, life threatening problem and has saved my life on three different occasions. We told the GM he was a SERVICE DOG, and he said it didn't matter, the SERVICE DOG had to be on the floor. We have eaten at many high dollar restaurants in the state of Oklahoma and have NEVER received one complaint. Until now. And it will be the last. We have gone into many Texas Roadhouse restaurants and have to put up with screaming misbehaving children, adults cursing loudly,people blowing their noses into the cloth napkins and never once have we seen any of those people approached like we were. I will never set foot into another Texas Roadhouse as long as I live. It was completely uncalled for and outrageous.
