We went to TX Roadhouse to celebrate my dads 70th birthday yesterday! We had such a wonderful time!!! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful & made us feel so welcome! Food was excellent (as always) Thanks TX Roadhouse for making my das bday extra special! 😊
I thank God there's still honest people in the world today! I can't say thank you enough for the honesty in the staff that worked tonight 8.3.25. My mother, her husband and family had dinner about 5pm and she forgot to pick up her phone after they finished dinner. After repeated calls to the phone with no answer (phone wasn't turned off or dead) I called the restaurant a short time after closing. Spoke with Aiden, told him who I was (her son), explained the situation...
Everything about this place is exceptional except the birthday screaming notifications from the staff. This is a horrible experience to witness.
It would be great if they would stop. I actually avoid the restaurant because of it.
