From the moment we walked the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. We received and hand written note thanking us for visiting that location. We two different managers check on our services throughout out dinner. Food was hot, drinks were always filled. We will be back, thank you
I think we would have enjoyed the food much more if at getting there at 430pm and have a 2 hour wait to get a table. I doubt we will be going back because I can't think of any food worth me standing in an overcrowded entry for 2 hours. It was ridiculous. Our server was wonderful, and like I said, the food was really good. All of the staff that were in view were busting their butt's, too....it's not like anyone was slacking. Staff was outstanding.. I hope management...
