Took an hour and 10 minutes to get seated after getting on the waiting list that quoted 35-45 minutes. Was texted to come in the building only to watch them give our table to someone else and then took another 30 minutes before a table was ready
Steak was over cooked and dry; ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well. Had to use A-1. Accidents with food happen but the server was incredibly apathetic. Never saw a manger. Usually a great place to eat but truth is, with all the places to eat out there, maybe we just go elsewhere.
My waitress was wonderful after a 40 minute wait. Was ready for some prime rib at 6:30pm, got the response "We just sold out" restaurant is open for 4 and 1/2 more hours and you're already sold out?
Order a ribeye instead, it was cooked fine, however the flavor was average and the texture was mediocre. Marbling wasn't uniform, there was some gristle etc.
