Still one of the best steaks I'll get at a big chain restaurant. Great service each time I've been in.

My nephew took us out while we were driving through town. Service was fabulous (waitress was Morgan -I think). She kept us filled with drinks and bread. The steak was better than I anticipated. My only complaint was how incredibly loud it was. I didn’t expect it to be leather chairs and hushed tones, but I would have liked to talk without shouting. None the less it was a great evening. Thanks.

It's a steak place... Nothing more to add. Food is nice but service is alright nothing to ride home about nothing to complain about. But when the floors look as disgusting as they do here I wonder how they still operate. It's a terrible state this place is in. It's on par with a McDonald's play place and they expect me to pay so much for the food they offer. I'll admit the food they serve is deserving of praise but anything other than steak and it's just on par or below. Overall a tolerable experience but I won't come here unless urged by people I know.

This has really gotten bad. I have been a customer since this location opened. I should have realized something was wrong when I could park right in front of the door and there was no wait at 12:45 on Sunday. My mom's ribs were burnt and inedible. The manager made an adjustment on the bill for $10 off the $23.99 price of her meal. That means she was charged $13.99 for a baked potatato with butter and the house salad. So we were charged an extra $5.51 over the menu price of $8.48 for those sides. Needless to say, we won't be back. Any well-managed restaurant would not let burnt food be served and would certainly not charge a premium for the sides.

Everything was going on until I saw one of the buses spit in the trash where they throw the dirty dishes they pick up from the tables, where we customers eat the food, I ate the food because I had already ordered it, but I won't go back to that place, We actually don't know how what we put in our mouths in restaurants is, it was very bad for me ?

The only reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere is because our table location felt like we were in a freezer. We all had to get jackets and hoodies out of the car. Food and service was wonderful though.?

This is one of those restaurants that REALLY deserves a 5-star rating all across the board. Aside from the fact that the steaks are the best value, best quality, and best tasting in the game, this restaurant is all around inviting, warm and welcoming.Firstly, I love how genuinely happy the staff are, and how big their smiles are every time I come in. This really shows that Texas Roadhouse takes care of their employees and cares about them. I love hearing the employees get along and laugh with one another, but most importantly, I love how they always help each other run the show. I noticed that there is never a day that I feel they are short-staffed. This is a very important detail that a lot of restaurants seem to neglect for some reason. Being fully staffed like Texas Roadhouse ensures that the employees are not under unnecessary stress, and in turn the customers don't feel that stress radiating off the staff. As the saying goes, "when you take care of your employees, you take care of the customers," and Texas Roadhouse does a phenomenal job at this.Another thing I admire about this restaurant is how generous they are with their portions. If you want bread rolls, you GET bread rolls. No questions asked. No upcharge. No silly rules. You will always leave this restaurant feeling satisfied, happy and taken care of.If you haven't visited this restaurant yet, you truly haven't lived. This restaurant is a true all-American staple.
