I requested a high chair for my son. I explained my child can not sit in the booster seat because he is not at the age nor weight and he is able to stand up in the booster seat and has fell before. I explained that he sits comfortably in the high chair and he doesn’t stand up. He is 16 months old. The manager refused to allow a high chair because of fire hazard. Never once said she can move us tables where he can sit in a high chair. Just told me he HAS to sit in a booster seat. I told her again that he can stand up and last time he fell. He’s still a baby. She refused to listen. Not even 5 minutes later he stood up and fell back and hit his head. I took him to the ER. He has a head injury. I reported it with an incident report. I have witnesses to prove the manager never offered another table, only told me he HAD to be in a booster seat after explaining he got hurt last time.

I ordered the shrimp tonight and it came out hard and cold yuck 🤮 an my daughter ordered the loaded steak fries a she forgot to put in the order for them! I’m a dedicated Texas Roadhouse fan and this is the 1st time I’ve ever got cold food or bad service

Server (Alex) was great!...timely with drink refills and extra rolls, never once did we think 'where's our server'....even tho they were very busy. Sirloins and beef kabobs were cooked as requested, served hot

I and my family have a dinner at 4pm today. We are very disappointed. All 5 plates where served with cold food (steaks and shrimps). And I got margarita in a dirty glass. Very, very disappointed. Our family frequents Texas Road house on special occasions, tonight was our family Christmas dinner and we were very unhappy with our experience.

Food, outstanding. Service was pretty good. Problem is they separated a large party between several tables and seated us between them. I had a kid with his feet on my legs as he stretched out in his booth, had a woman talking across tables to her other party most of our meal, had several kids behind us up and down constantly....was the absolute worst experience. Did not finish our food and got out of there as fast as we could. The hostess should have asked if we wanted to sit in the middle of a large group and we would have kindly declined and waited for a better option.

Christian was our server tonight and I never write reviews anywhere I go but the service he provided for us was the best we have ever had here at this location! We didn’t have to ask for a single thing whether it was more bread, a refill on drinks, he was on top of everything. thank you christian and happy holidays!!

Ordered the kebabs, medium rare ordered it to go. My hotel room was five minutes away. Got back to the room. The meat was so tough. I couldn’t even finish eating the kebabs they were cold. The veggies were cold. The rolls were cold. They gave me barely a teaspoon full of butter for four rolls I would not recommend this location and I eat at I travel all over the United States and I eat at Texas roadhouse all the time this one is horrible!

The steak was way over-seasoned and extremely salty. Mushrooms were too. Steak was almost black in color. The Cactus blossom was good. Bathroom smelled and was out of hand towels and soap. Cleanliness was not the best. Staff standing around talking. Maybe some of them should check the bathrooms. Not likely to recommend.
