I ordered 2 tripas and 2 cabeza, I specifically asked for the tripas to be crunchy but they were chewy and the taste was off. It seemed as if they had been previously fried ? Thankfully the cabeza were good so I just ordered 2 more of that. Definitely try the asada,, cabeza and barbacoa but stay away from the tripas ?
Looks are deceiving, truck could definitely use some updating but they make dam good tacos.

My last 3 trips here have been lackluster. Overcooked tortillas & asada. No longer worth the drive from north Okc.
