I've had Soreeta's éclairs now, and also her dark chocolate tortes. Both the éclairs and the tortes I've had were insanely delicious, and yet the prices remained competitive. I've yet to try her panna cotta, but I've heard marvelous things about it. (I'm a huge fan of panna cottas, but I seldom see them offered for sale in Oklahoma.) My only suggestion? This firm could really use a website. More consumers need to know about The Brown Cow. Five stars.

I had an opportunity to try out some of The Brown Cow Bakeshop treats and a moment to meet and talk with the owner at a Yelp Elite event. The treats she made for the event were amazing. Moist, not dry. Perfect size, and cute. Super tasty all around. The owner is so nice and has some humor to her. I love it when I can laugh and be real with people. She takes pride in her bake goods and puts in time to pay attention to detail. Too can find her treats at some local businesses around town in OKC as well.

Chef Soreeta is seriously gifted. For my 30th birthday, I got some of her OUT OF THIS WORLD cream puffs and eclairs. She has a talent for picking unique ingredients and making something magical out of them. I have liked everything of hers I've tried, from her lavender earl grey shortbread cookies to her whiskey barrel smoked sugar churros. Oh, and her wedding cakes? Fuhgetaboutit. Her desserts do not disappoint and neither does her sparkling personality. Highly recommend!

I had to stop what I'm doing to tell you all about The Brown Cow Bakeshop! I was introduced to owner Soreeta while attending a Yelp Elite event and fell absolutely in love with her desserts. She presented a moist and fluffy pumpkin cake and an AMAZING lemon Panna cotta that I still dream about to this day (don't judge me). This past week I decided to order her special bourbon toffee filled eclairs for my coworkers. They loved them! I ordered a dozen and got 14! They lasted maybe ten minutes lol. I can't wait to order again from Soreeta. Make sure to contact her to place an order and tell her I sent ya!
