This is such a fun restaurant. So many items on the menu to choose from.
Special thank you to the waitress and manger tonight, we had a little mix up with one of our plates and they went above and beyond to make it right.
We will definitely be back!
Loving people and awesome service!
Great visit, as usual. It is amazing that they have such a huge menu selection and the dishes come out perfect every time. I missed capturing our appetizers, which was street corn and cheese sticks (both excellent). We are never disappointed here. A bonus was my free piece of birthday cheesecake. The only thing I didn't care for was our napkins were damp. I couldn't stand the feel of it on my lap.
Absolutely delicious! The moose cheesecake and the white chocolate raspberry were so amazing!
Great food. A bit pricey but really tasty

It was good but not great for the price. We had burgers. The strawberry cheesecake was amazing but it was $11 for 1 slice.

Great food usually. High prices though. And it is typically pretty darn crowded so expect a wait or at least to not have much room between you and the next table. Staff varies from awesome to ok.
Vegetarian options: On the appetizer menu are the corn cakes! Those are a very tasty choice that can easily sub as a meal. They can make them gluten free as well.

We were a party of 6, plus an infant. There was a 50 minute wait, so we elected to sit at the high tables in the bar. I told the hostess how big a party we were, and asked if it was OK if we brought 2 tables together, and she said yes, fine. Once in the bar at the 2 tables, a waitress came over and I reiterated how many people were in our party, and would that be OK to bring two tables together. She said that was OK. Once seated, the waitress came by and asked for drinks, then asked if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered one appetizer (Brussel sprouts). She filled our water glasses, and brought out the appetizer, but no plates, and no silverware. We thought maybe she would go back and get them, but no. When we could catch her coming back by we asked for plates and silverware with napkins. 6 menus sat on the table the entire time we were there, as she did not seem to want to pick them up. We waited 45-50 minutes after we got the Brussel sprouts when I finally asked a different waitress, could someone check on what happened to our order, and that everyone around us, including those that came in after us, had long since been served. She said she would get the manager. We sat and waited another 10-15 minutes when the waitress came up with a plate (two of us were splitting the asian salad) for the second person splitting the salad. She then said the food was coming out. She disappeared, and 10 minutes after that, entirely different waiters (including one manager) delivered some of the food (the salad, orange chicken, and chicken tacos). The salad was put in front of me by a manager, who then told me to lean back so he could reach around me to give my husband his tacos (never mind there was so much more room to deliver the tacos on is other side on account of the empty chair next to him). Two burgers still missing. We waited another 10 minutes for the burgers, but with fries missing. Before the fries were delivered, the manager finally arrived to ask if everything was OK. Really? You wait until we have our food (after waiting at this point, 75 minutes for it)? We politely said we had been there over an hour, and he responded with, OK, let me see what I can do for you. The fries arrived 10 minutes after that.
Then we waited another 15 minutes for the check. When it arrived, via the waitress who couldn't seem to do her job, or even to communicate to us what was going on, it was the regular check, minus the appetizer.
I called the second manager over, and after asking him what was going on, he said they comped the appetizer. I asked why it took so long, and he said they were waiting to see if we ordered cheesecake, and were going to comp that too, but we didn't order it, so they finally brought the check.
The waitress never asked if we wanted cheesecake (hmmm, wonder why...). I looked at the manager and said, "Well, the proper thing to do would have been to say, "we are happy to comp your dessert if you would like some."
I will never eat here again. It was bar none the worst service ever. No communication, and treated very poorly, like they wished we were not customers. No apology, just excuses. You can't get much worse than that.

I was initially disappointed when I ordered the Diane and Scampi combo, as I didn’t realize the "scampi" was just three shrimp in sauce, with no pasta. I specifically chose this dish because I wanted pasta with the steak. I mentioned this to the manager, who was very responsive and quickly brought me a side of noodles, which I appreciated.
That said, the restaurant serves the best calamari I’ve ever had — and I try calamari wherever I go. It’s hands down the best I’ve tasted. My teenage sons had the chicken Alfredo and a cheeseburger, and we all had cheesecake for dessert. I had the Italian tiramisu, while they had Oreo and Key Lime cheesecakes.
Our final bill amounted to $164.58 before tip, which included $9.50 for two soft drinks. With gratuity, the total came to $197.38. While the meal was enjoyable, the pricing felt disproportionate, especially considering the $16 charge for a single Old Fashioned cocktail — a price more commonly found in cities like New York, but somewhat out of place in Oklahoma. Additionally, each slice of cheesecake was priced at $9.95 or higher, a figure more in line with upscale, fine-dining establishments that cater to a broader palate and a more business-oriented clientele.
Would I return? Likely not, unless it was for a special occasion at the request of a dining companion. While the food is undoubtedly good, there are other options in town that offer exceptional meals at a more reasonable value. At this establishment, it feels as though you’re paying more for the brand and the experience than for the tangible value of the meal itself.

I went to cheese cake factory for lunch with a coworker . We were seated right away and had a very nice attentive waitress. We ordered the crab dip to share as an appetizer and it was fantastic. I ordered the lunch portion cheeseburger egg rolls described as hamburger meat, onions and cheese. The insides were filled with mushy reddish mixture that had a tiny bit of beef once in a while. The flavor was not good. I told our very kind waitress that I did not like it. She was very apologetic and offered to bring me something else. I was feeling bit nauseous from the mushy innards of the egg roll so I asked for just some buttered pasta with Parmesan. The pasta was perfectly cooked and she added the Parmesan for me . But , I could not eat much still feeling a bit nauseous. Then I got the bill, I was charged 14.95 for a bowl of buttered noodles. Isn't that a bit much? For noodles ? Some good parts and some bad. For the sake of your business get those cheeseburger-mush egg rolls out of there!! Your restaurant is too nice of a place , with nice staff,to have to deal with menu items that are gross.
