have seen many shows here, Jason Isbell, Lindsey Buckingham, among others, and have performed onstage as well(full time pro.) the sound, in a word, sucks: boomy, muddy every time. best spot is on the floor right next to the stage so you can hear the band monitor mix. drinks are as overpriced as can be, also many of the bartenders have bad attitudes, also the bars close halfway thru the shows?! so make sure to get your last round before the second set. would recommend driving 100 miles to Cains in Tulsa every time, instead of attending shows @ this place

Overall a great venue. We had a great time. Sound was good. Lighting was good. Staff were excellent. The only thing I'd say is, pick your seats carefully. The far left and far right floor sections basically terminate into a wall. Not the best layout and if those were my seats I'd have been livid.

This venue is a miserable place to see a show. The way that they handle people breaking the rule of no photography/recording ruins the show. They have a staff member stand on the 2nd level and rapidly click a super bright flashlight off and on repeatedly down at the head of the offender. The other staff walking the aisles then shuffle down each aisle and literally yell at the person to stop. We missed the first 20 minutes of comedy at the show last night due to all the disruption from the staff. Everyone around us was very upset as well. I totally understand and appreciate rule enforcement but they have got to find a different method. There should have been an announcement prior to the start of the show on what is prohibited and then simply remove the offenders. The staff constantly pacing the aisles and also having loud conversations in the aisles during the show is so rude. The seats are also ridiculously close to the row in front of you. I will never attend an event at this venue again.

I went to this Venue to see a Pierce The Veil concert, and for one, it was amazing, sound quality, cleanliness, and this had to be the nicest staff I've ever met

Great venue. Multiple bars, balcony area, and staff was extremely friendly. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars was they weren't super clear on the different lines going into the building. Only markings were written in chalk on the ground at the beginning of the line for the different tickets.
