Ripped my pants on a nail sticking out in the sauna. Tried to get ahold of a manager for several weeks, left several messages and never heard back. Their 3 day trial cost me $50 so we left and signed with Gold's.

The gym is a medium sized gym that has all the equipments you need. The equipments are not the newest models but they work. I just join the diamond membership and so far im pretty happy with it. It allows you to bring one guest every time for free and you can get in the fitness classes. The locker is pretty nice and clean, every time I go, there will be a lady maintaining/cleaning the bathroom. As I also talked to the trainers there, they are very friendly and I'm thinking to get some PT with them.

Was in Oklahoma City for two weeks for class. Stopped at Red Rock Fitness and signed up for two weeks. Jay and the staff are overachievers and I can't say enough good things about them. This gym has everything thing you need and the atmosphere is fantastic. And I highly recommend the Red Rock Cryo. Cold but you'll feel great afterwards. Thanks again Red Rock staff.

Looking for a new gym nearby where I live. Notice Red Rock is a local gym and I tend to try and support local business. I read good and bad reviews. I don't care. I'm there to run, lift weights, and leave. I call this morning around 30 minutes after they opened. No answer. I call at 1 pm several times. No answer. I double check the phone number. Call again. No answer. If you didn't know, there is a Gold's gym less than a mile North. I called them. They answered. It is possible that I will not create a membership at Gold's, but is it certainly more likely considering they have one staff member which answers the phone.

I've been coming to this gym for about 2 years and it has been a delight. The male Staff members are friendly but the few women staff members only speak to White people or their White friends. When black folks say something to them they act scared or uncomfortable.

There is a great variety of equipment to use and the facility is very clean! Also the staff is friendly and helpful to anyone who may need assistance.

Tried this gym out for a few days. It's alright. They have allll the equipment you could need, and a decent supply of it, but... not a great stretching area and the atmosphere is not great. It's just not decorated well and I can't quite put my finger on it, but maybe the lighting has something to do with it. It's just very... blah. The layout is also very weird. The architecture of the building is very odd for a gym. The front desk is nice, and no pushy or annoying sales people pestering anyone. The locker rooms are alright. Not very big, but decent. They work. I mean, for $15/month it's got everything that anyone would need. I'm just a very visual person, so I'd like to sign up somewhere with more of a better layout and inspirational environment.

It's gross!! Don't do it!!! Their tanning beds have half the bulbs burnt out. And they took out my equipment charge 2 months early. Everything is dirty. The manager assured me that they were firing the cleaning crew and getting a new one... 2 weeks later everything still gross. You have to ask to have clean towels put out. I could go on and on. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere Else.

I really like this gym. I stopped in earlier today to get pricing information and to take a tour. It has everything I would be looking for, and is close to my house. I like that they have a no contract month to month policy (30 days required to cancel membership is required, and was mentioned up front). I also like that they have private showers and private lockers that you can keep your personal lock on for as long as you're a member. Most gyms don't allow members to retain personal lockers, so locks need to be removed each time you leave. They have a smoothie bar inside, and prices are reasonable with a decent selection of smoothies. I like that you can charge the smoothies (and other items like water, Gatorade, etc) to your membership account if you'd like so you don't have to carry cash or cards into the gym with you if you don't want to. There is a $0 enrollment fee for the top tier membership plan, but for the basic membership the enrollment fee is cheap compared to some of the other gyms I looked into. I chose the basic membership because it includes everything I would personally need, so I will pay a small enrollment/annual equipment fee. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. Overall, I was really impressed with what they offer for the price on a month to month contract. If you're looking for a gym, stop in and check it out. The weekend hours are a little odd like another reviewer pointed out, but personally weekend hours for me are a non-issue.

Good place to work out. Not crowded. A lot of machines, free weights, basketball, dry sauna. May want to loosen up on the "one free work out" rule for non-members. Some employees don't use common sense and flexibility, but tend to offend potential clients by being rigid and insisting on charging $5.

Red Rock Fitness is hard to beat for the money. $10.00 per month gives you a fully equipped health club with dozens of machines for working ever body part, plus dozen or more treadmills, almost that many elliptical machines, recumbent bicycles, etc. Plus... Classes are available for group exercises. If that weren't enough it has a juice bar, free weights, and much more. The staff is friendly, and to top it off Personal Trainers are available to those (like me) who need a little more help and direction. I was lucky enough to get a program of 11 training lessons with Sarah Hackbarth. Sarah discussed with me what my goals were then designed a program that would allow me to meet my needs, without breaking the bank. If I could pick one thing about Red Rock Fitness it would be there weekend hours. 8:00am is kind of a late start for Saturday, when you hope to get a lot of activities in, and Sunday with 11:00am start... Well that's just plain d**** Their hours of operation aside, I would heartily recommend Red Rock Fitness to anyone who is looking for a good place to work out, but may not need a pool, full gymnasium, etc.
