Fried Tacos
Chicken Taco
Shredded slow cooked chicken, potato bits, & cheddar cheese. Sold individually. Potato bits are cooked into the meat and cannot be removed. Use "salsa" section of menu to add salsa to the side of your taco.
Old Fashioned Ground Beef
Seasoned ground beef and cheese fried inside a crispy fried shell and topped with sour cream, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Ground beef comes mixed with cheese that cannot be removed.
Brisket Taco
The crowd favorite for tacos! Slow-cooked, juicy, shredded marinated brisket and potato bits tucked into yellow corn tortilla shells then fried to crispy perfection. Sold individually. Sriracha slaw has only a very slight kick. Potato bits are cooked into the meat and cannot be removed. Each taco is approximately a quarter of a pound. All toppings except sauce and cheese will be served on the side to ensure highest quality for to go and delivery items. Pork Taco
Slow cooked, marinated, shredded pork and potato bits tucked into a yellow corn tortilla shells then fried to crispy perfection. Sold individually. Each taco weighs approximately a quarter of a pound. Use "salsa" section of menu to add salsa to the side of your taco. Potato bits are cooked into the meat and cannot be removed. Caribbean Jerk Chicken Taco
Shredded jerk seasoned juicy chicken and sweet potato bits slow simmered and tucked into yellow corn tortilla shells then fried to crispy perfection. Topped with queso fresco and mango salsa. Sold individually. Approximately a quarter pound each. Potato bits are cooked in with the meat and cannot be taken out. To go and delivery orders will be served with all cold toppings on the side to ensure the best quality when the food travels.Use "salsa" section of menu to add salsa to the side of your taco.
Jackfruit Taco
Shredded, seasoned jackfruit sautéed in bbq sauce and spices, tucked into a crispy corn tortilla shell and fried to perfection. Topped with broccoli slaw and vinaigrette. Vegetarian - Please check 'vegan fry oil' box if you would like this taco fried in vegan oil. Each taco is approximately a quarter of a pound. Use special instruction box if you would like the taco to come without broccoli slaw. Use "salsa" section of menu to add salsa to the side of your taco.
Nashville Hot Chicken Taco
Shredded, hot habanero seasoned chicken, scratch made blueberry crema, monterey jack cheese and sweet pickle relish Please be advised, this taco is very spicy! Marinade contains dairy and cannot be made without dairy. Sold individually. Approximately a quarter pound each taco. AMAZING tacos and quick service!! It was incredibly gluten safe, they use different fryers. Genuinely were some of the best tacos I’ve had, and the chorizo queso was delicious! It’s a must visit.

Got food from the food truck and asked for hot sauce. The employee said all they had was a blueberry habañero and asked if I wanted to try it. I said I would even though the employee didn’t present it like a big seller. My GODS that was the best hot sauce I’ve ever had. The food was obviously incredible to match.
