This places sucks ass. Rooms selt terrible and the service sucked. The first room we had the heater and the TV did not work. The second room, the toilet did not fill up with water so I had to put water in my self. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking and the tub was not able to fill up. Over all this place was not a hotel, it was hell.

Dirty nasty place, bugs, spiders and more. Rooms are torn apart and dirty.
Lots of sketchy people hanging around, people who don't have rooms are loitering inside the lobby and around the place, police was there at least once the night we stayed.
People smoking drugs outside.
The first guy we met at the reception was at least friendly, some time after we checked in someone else took over and she was not helpful at all. At least she gave is our deposits back without struggle.

Don't stay at this place if you value safety and clean facilities.

Broken air conditioner, missing drawers, ripped curtains, floor caving in, no hair dryer, stained carpet, toilet not bolted down properly.

Unlike other reviewers, there was no issue with the deposit fortunately.

this place is so disgusting, walls had mold ,hole in walls , bad customer service. they called the cops cause we asked for a deposit they dont give you anything you ask for the toilet is broke, they would serve us breakfast because we are kids just rude to us recorded us without permission.

Not good at all the females at the front desk are straight hateful. They dont give you your deposit back when u have complied by their rules. They will make up an excuse not to give it back. The maid whom is
the boss is super unfriendly ,but one maid who works there is very sweet and probably way underpaid. If I were you go elsewhere ??

The location was convenient for the highway and several attractions. We had a good view from our room of the OKC skyline, if you ignored the trash on the hotel lawn in the foreground.

We arrived at midnight after a long drive. The gentleman who checked me in was polite and accommodating, but the woman was seemingly intentionally rude and impatient. Their deposit refund system wasn't working for credit cards, supposedly, so I had to get money out of the ATM to pay the deposit. I asked if they would pay the ATM fee, since nothing in my reservation warned me I would need cash, and they said yes. However, after I got the money out and showed them the receipt, they refused to honor their word, claiming they had misunderstood me. So, I was out $5, not much, but annoying.
The room was sweltering hot when my family finally got in. The AC hadn't been turned on in anticipation of our arrival.
The pool was covered and unusable.
Our credit card was charged by some entity called the "Hemp Hotel," not Broadway Inn and Suites.
Overall, the hotel looked like it had once been a decent spot, but hadn't been maintained for the past decade or so.

Outdated, dirty, curtains ripped, cigarette holes in bedding and found dead roaches in the fridge the 2nd day. Just disgusting! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! The only thing ok about this place is the bar and grill downstairs.

The rooms actually were mediocre. I appreciate them having rooms in a time of need during the power outage here in Oklahoma City. The beds were comfortable. My wife and kids and I slept great.
