I am thankful for this place .
The ham is great and delicious!
My dad used to bring a whole ham for Christmas 🎁⛄ from the job he worked for .Mr.Brick in Houston Texas.
I am thankful for My dad that showed me to be humble and never give up .
I highly recommended the food .

I ordered the new Prime Rib they offered in December for Christmas dinner. We always have Prime Rib and love their hams so I hoped it would make life easier. Big mistake. It had was over 1/3 fat. I know Prime Rib has a lot of fat, but this was more than normal. It was also very dry. We won't make that mistake again. Stick with Ham from them!

The food has become extremely overpriced over the last few years. Once a family staple for holiday turkey and ham but prob won't go back after this year paying 80 for the smallest ham which was fatty and just wasn't what we've always expected from there. The turkey and ham basically taste the same.

Late afternoon on Christmas Eve, I was able to purchase full Christmas dinner for two families. This was the best decision, tasting. Food was worth every penny. Thank you honey baked ham company! I didn't feel judged. The team seemed only interested in making sure my needs were met! Thank you!

You can't beat a honey baked ham during the holidays. It's the kind of thing to bring the family together. The staff were definitely tired and ready to be done when I came in but I can understand that. You go for the food anyway. Keep up the good work guys.

They have the best ham ever. They are pricey but I feel like it's worth it to get a good quality ham.

Y'all have a female working for y'all that keeps going to my wife's job trying to get free food and y'all's food is way over priced
We love the boneless spiral sliced ham. Purchase every year for Thanksgiving. It is consistently delicious.

This place is so disappointing and misleading, soooo overrated. They advertise on a huge sign that if you sign up for honey baked ham club or whatever you get a $9 discount. Well, I had already signed up for that well, before the day I went in there before Thanksgiving. I asked for the smallest quarter boneless ham, they were out, only had bone in so I ask how I got that $9 discount advertised and the girl who was helping me said you had to sign up before that day. I showed her my phone explained to her I had already signed up more than a week ago, but I never got any kind of discount. I thought I just had to show my phone or give my phone number. I asked her if she could ask the manager, she stepped away for a few seconds came back and said you have to sign up before that day and it should be in your account app or whatever, I showed her it was not there and asked if they would honor it. To my surprise, she left and quickly came back and said, no, you have to show that they sent you that promotion, which they never did.... I did not buy the bone in ham. I did not buy anything and probably will not go back...ever.

We have been longtime customers @ this location & have purchased a ham for both Thanksgiving and Christmas for many years.
Until this Thanksgiving, the hams that we have purchased were always incredible & were thoroughly enjoyed by us, as well as, our guests! Sadly, that was definitely not the case this Thanksgiving!
At a price of over $100 dollars, the ham that we purchased this year was extremely fatty! To be perfectly honest, it was more fat than meat and as a result, was a huge disappointment and an embarrassment to serve to our family members!
I recall a time when your customers were allowed to have one of your employees open the foil wrapping on the hams so as to allow them to view the quality of the hams prior to purchasing them. I have since been informed that is no longer allowed. I strongly advise that policy be reimplemented.
Sadly, our longtime tradition of serving Honeybaked Hams for the Holidays has come to an end.
We get the honey baked ham every year and never disappoints. The location was very packed but the process was simple and easy

I’m convinced the Honey Baked Ham Company isn’t a store — it’s a time trial event. Apparently they have some requirement to get customers out the door in 30 seconds, and let me tell you, I have never felt more unprepared for competitive ham shopping in my life.
I walked in hoping to browse, maybe vibe with the hams a little. Nope. The staff had the intensity of air-traffic controllers landing planes in a storm. The second I crossed the threshold, a voice popped up like:
“WHAT CAN I GET YOU?”
Ma’am, I haven’t even emotionally arrived yet.
Before I could blink, someone slapped a menu in my hand, another person asked my order, and a third was already printing a label for a ham I hadn’t agreed to. I swear I heard a stopwatch click somewhere.
My brain: I want to ask a question.
Their energy: Wrong. Decide.
So I panicked and ordered the first thing my eyes landed on. Could’ve been a ham, could’ve been a seasonal side, could’ve been a small decorative candle. I truly don’t know. But I was outside again in 27 seconds with a bag of something warm and judgment-free.
To be fair, the food was great. But the experience?
Imagine being shot out of a ham-flavored cannon.
Would I go back? Absolutely — but next time I’m stretching first, hydrating, and showing up with my order rehearsed like a Broadway monologue.
