I had the best experience today, picking up my Ham. SHAFONDA, greeted me with a big smile and so eager to help. But, what touched my heart was her compliments on my christmas earrings and christmas t- shirt. Then she started to sing a christmas song related to my t-shirt,(Santa BABY)..! I .LOVE.IT.! She put a big Ole smile on my face and gave me the Christmas spirit I was looking for. She made my day! I hope you will recognize her as the wonderful employee, that made a difference in a customers day!

I preordered and paid for 2 roasted turkey breast after waiting in line for 45 min was told all roasted turkeys were sold out! So my prepaid turkey was sold to someone who did not prepay. The smoked turkey taste like ham! Will not order from them again. No regard for their customers!

This place has great food but sadly their customer service is garbage. For the past 3 years, we have prepaid for smoked turkey from them. And every time we went to pick it up, they said that they ran out. Two times, they said we had to get a different menu item and today they said they ran out but will have it later so we can come back later in 4 more hours. We prepaid and made reservations for a reason. This is like renting a car at the airport and they tell you oppps, we dont have the van that you ordered. We only have a tiny 2 seater compact car. Or worse, they tell you we dont have a car for you. Come back in 4 hours. Again, the food is great. It is just the greed, the double dipping, and the terrible customer service are the reason why they get 1 star. We will be picking up the turkey in 4 hours, meaning after the family gathering that this turkey was meant for. This has happened 3 years in a row (two at this location and the third one in dallas). This location gets the bad review because it happened twice.

We preordered a ham and turkey breast on November 4th for pickup on November 27th. When my husband arrived to pick up our order he was told that they oversold the turkey and that anyone that didn’t prepay would not be getting one. They offered to call us around 7pm if any turkeys were not picked up at the end of the day so my husband left his number. We got a call from them around 7pm but it rang only a couple of times and ended so my husband called back immediately and when he explained everything to the lady on the phone she had no idea what was going on and told us they didn’t have turkey. I won’t be doing this next Thanksgiving.

I preordered and prepaid well in advance for a Thanksgiving meal. Upon arrival there was a 45 minute line for those that prepaid and a 30 minute line for those showing up to purchase items the day of. There was no signs out for those arriving to know what line to get in and many customers were left to sit in the wrong line just to have to get in the longer line to wait again. The company then decided to notify us that they ran out of half of their turkey options leaving myself and many other customers either receiving incorrect items or not the items they ordered. Overall this was a very poor experience and not the customer service expected from this company.

Remember, just because you pre-order and pre-pay for an 8 pound holiday ham does not mean that you will end up getting an 8 pound ham. Folks who did not pre-pay made off with all the 8 pound hams and I got to wait in line for 45 minutes to find that out. Never again.

Wow. For all the people that prepaid or ordered their hams, there was a line to the edge of the parking lot in the cold! Unbelievable! For the people just showing up, a very short line.
Terrible service.
Way to treat people that already paid.
Do not get your jams from here.
They have no idea what customer service is.
