Catfish-Fried
1 piece large boneless 7 oz. catfish filet, seasoned and fried until crispy. Served with 2 kitchen sides and roll or cornbread. Tartar, hot sauce upon request.
Rib Eye Steak
Hand-cut 12 oz. Angus beef rib-eye steak. Served with 2 kitchen sides & bread.

Chef Mimi's specialty sauteed shrimp served over cheese grits.

Kids Fried Chicken Dinner
For our little ones 12 and under only kids-size portions. Comes with a fried chicken leg and a choice of mashed potatoes, green beans, french fries, or buttered corn. Dinner roll no substitutions.

A mixture of fresh collard and mustard greens. Cooked with smoked turkey. Vegetarian option available upon request.

Macaroni cooked to perfection. Loaded with specialty cheeses and then baked for that perfect crisp until golden.
Candied Yams
Candied with brown sugar, cinnamon, and other blended spices. With finished with a sweet and buttery glaze.

Sautéed with carrots bell peppers and onions, lightly seasoned. The Kitchen's favorite!
Black Eyed Peas
Fresh never canned black-eyed peas soaked overnight and simmered to perfection.
Mashed Potatoes
Idaho potatoes mashed with heavy cream, butter, and garlic makes these the best potatoes.
Baked Potato
Large Idaho baked potato loaded with butter, cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits. Give us 35-40 minutes please, we're baking these spuds fresh.

Southern Comfort at Its Best!
The smothered pork chop over real mashed potatoes was tender and packed with flavor, with gravy that tasted homemade. The green beans were seasoned to perfection, mac and cheese was creamy and clearly made from scratch, and the jalapeño cornbread had just the right kick. On top of the amazing food, the employees were so friendly and attentive—genuinely welcoming and made sure everything was just right. It felt like being treated like family....

Some of the best southern dishes I have ever eaten. The smothered pork chops are so tender you can eat with a plastic fork. The cakes are sugar cookies are delicious so be sure to save some room for them or better yet, have it as an appetizer!
