The Landing Bar and Grill

The last couple of times I’ve stayed here I was advised to come to this website to give the kitchen staff a good rating so they would get a bonus of some sort. This was being asked of me as I was trying to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Nothing I love more than being asked for money, even if its not my own money, while trying to eat. I was also unhappy with my room. The temperature would not go below 70 something degrees even though we had it set to 60 and I experienced this in different rooms so it’s probably for every room. I didn’t like standing in ankle deep water every time I showered and I’ve experienced this in more than one room. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that you do get a hot breakfast but that breakfast is a poor shadow of what it use to be. I have stayed in this hotel for the past 16 years and I will never do so again after these last few experiences.

The newly remodeled restaurant and bar are fantastic. Make sure you stop for breakfast and an omelet made just for you! Say hi to Shelby she has been there for years. She always is courteous and helpful!

Shelby was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with good morning smiles and provide prompt service daily; she actually refilled my drink a couple times. Shelby also provided advice about the local area and places to visit. Staff was courteous, hotel was clean, and buffet was excellent.

This Embassy Suites is 4 miles from airport, so an easy drive or shuttle. It is near the interstate so convenient to reach downtown, or other locations. It is also located across the street from several popular restaurants. The rooms and the common areas were very clean, and it was apparent that the building had been refurbished recently. Each of the staff that we had interactions with were very friendly and pleasant; they all had smiles whenever we saw them. The price /value was extremely modest, especially considering the complimentary evening reception and morning breakfast. These are great additions to any stay. Highly recommend.

Did an event there and aurora was amazing! Best customer service very on detail. Will be back due to customer service. Paid attention to detail. I had previously did an event there and was hesitant but definitely changed of opinion. I have seen a change.

5/5 Lets talk about Shelby. She went out of her way and got me a refill even when i told her that ill get it. Shes goes out of her way to make the guest comfortable! She has a great personality, great work ethic, and very respectful. Well definitely be here every time she is working!! Very kind and friendly smile!

The hotel itself lives up to the typical expectations of an Embassy Suites if you have stayed at one before. Clean rooms, upscale interior designs and all the usual amenities. However the difference of definitely felt in the quality of service provided by the staff. Rapid responses to requests, execellent recommendations for local dining, and overall pleasant interactions. The breakfast is a nice highlight, particularly the omelette and fresh egg bar. VIP being Shelby, taking time to address each hotel patron and even make conversation when time permitted between the bustle of maintaining the dining area or serving. In the evenings the social reception with complimentary house drinks and domestic draft beer was also a welcome end to a day. Tiffany was the balancing counterpart to her breakfast peer, always friendly and attentive while managing the bar and restaurant functions most nights.

This Embassy was hands downs the best experience and the best customer service I have ever had at any hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating at the front desk. The staff in the breakfast area were so helpful. I could not ask for better service. A shout out to Monique, Tina, Bert, Dajko, Faith, Stacy, and Alesha. I wish I could have all of this staff at every one of my hotel visits.

Starting with Heather at the front desk then Bert & Djoko at the breakfast buffet, everyone was absolutely top-notch. The only real negative was having CNN as the only national news source on the TV's. Same false propaganda as "The View."

We love the Embassy. This is the perfect location OKC woth lots of restaurants nearby. Great hotel and great service. Bret and Joko were great server. We had a nice experience in a clean environment.

I want to give kudos to the breakfast staff- particularly Djoko and Bert for their excellent service, wonderful attitude. The kind of employees everyone would love to have! We’ve been coming to this Embassy Suites for years, and have visited with them yearly. Nice to see consistency.

Whole experience was great. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. All questions were addressed and resolved. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Oklahoma City. Deserve a great review since this is my 4th visit

Breakfast was phenomenal. Shelby always made sure I was taken care of and had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond and was always very pleasant to be around. The rooms were clean. Other staff was helpful. My only complaint is that the TVs aren’t capable of switching video inputs. The front desk wasn’t very helpful with this issue at all. Normally isn’t an issue but I am staying 3 weeks.

Large comfy rooms, bartender Tatjana was great, breakfast was really good. Fresh made omelette and Bert was a sweetheart. So helpful Would highly recommend this hotel. Checked into one next door that was not good at all and got here instead and so happy.

Super nice place to stay. Shelby is extremely friendly and helpful; so are the rest of the employees. Highly recommend this hotel!! Happy hour is great, additional the pillows and the mattress are extremely comfortable!
