The most irritating bartender I've ever run across. Monday evening after the eclipse. Had to leave to save my sanity. Pink hair wouldn't shut up and couldn't count the change. Possibly high, wouldn't or couldn't make the drink my wife wanted,a gimlet ended up with a shot.We were afraid to order food. We left without finishing drinks.

The food was overcooked and cold. We were told they had a new cook but still not an excuse for a burger to be cold and the bun hard. We let the waitress know and she said she told the manager but we didn't see a manager or get credit on our bill. Waited almost an hour for food.

We went in for lunch on a Saturday. The ambiance was great and the food was great, I had the lobster sandwich and loved it. The service was super slow. I think they forgot to put in our order. The waitress kept walking by our table (we were seated near the kitchen) delivering everyone else's food but ours, after 30 minutes or more from ordering we asked and they said they would check with the kitchen, in which it then came out within 5 minutes. They were nice to comp a glass of wine for the super long wait. It seemed strange that they didn't notice we were sitting there for a long time without food and everyone else in the restaurant had their food.

We were there for our Valentine Dinner, the food was great but the service had a lot to be desired. With only two other tables at the time , it still took about 15 min to get a drink ordered and 15 more fire the drink. They did not come back for our food order for 25 min after flagging them down.Ordered a second soda and never received that.We were done with food for about 20 min before they brought dessert (that was fantastic).Customer service was lacking.

We made reservations for Valentines Day. It was extremely awkward walking into this tiny restaurant as there wasn't a hostess stand and we had to stop a server for help. We sat unattended for about 25 minutes. A server tried to serve us somebody's salads before our drink orders were taken. Later, she asked us if we had been helped. They had a prix fixe menu for Valentines Day. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer first. Bar service was extremely slow. It took another 20 to 25 minutes to receive our drinks. The waitress never came back to take the rest of our order until we stopped the manager. She then just ordered our salads and not our entrées. It appeared that she planned on only allowing us to order one thing at a time. Mind you, we still had not received our appetizer at this point. She took our salad order and then tried to run off. We had to holler at her to not leave as we wanted to order another drink from the bar since our prior drinks took so long. After the appetizer and salads were delivered, the waitress finally took our entrée order. Menus were never picked up from the table. Our entrées were delivered and nobody bussed our appetizer, salads or empty drink glasses. The waitress finally asked my husband if he would like her to take his salad plate, but never asked me about mine. It appeared that the two servers and the bartender were unclear as to what tables they were responsible for. Finally, after the waitress took our dessert order and still hadn't removed our appetizer plate, my salad plate and my empty drink glasses, the bartender bussed our table. We ordered the salted caramel cheesecake but received the brownie instead. Oddly enough, the item we didn't order was the best part of the meal. We ordered filets cooked medium, but they were rare to med rare. The food was not good. This place lacks leadership, organization, and customer service. They sorely need someone to take charge of training the servers and quality assurance of the food.

the wait staff was very slow to bring anything requested and in fact never brought the soda refill ordered about 45 min before we left. We were one couple of three in the restaurant at the time and we had to wait around 25 min before we were able to get the attention of the server just to order drinks. other than that the food was amazing and I would like to go back when it is not a holiday, but I think they could have opened a table at least 30 min earlier if the waitstaff were paying attention.

Arrived for a 6:15 PM reservation with my wife. We had an event to attend at 7:15 PM in the area. We arrived to find a sign saying there was a private event until 6:15 PM. When we tried to enter we were told it would be another 15 - 20 minutes, so we waited outside. Then another couple tried to enter and they were told to come in, so we followed-- AND MAGICALLY we were shown to a waiting area by the glum waitress/hostess.There we met three women who had reservations for 6:00 PM! How on earth does an establishment allow that when they KNOW they place will be closed? None of us were offered a drink while we waited nor a menu-- classy.At 6:25 the three women were seated. We were seated at 6:30. We were then ignored for a solid ten minutes. Neither the hostess/waitress or the bartender came to take our drink order. At 6:43 we ordered a glass of wine and a glass of Prosecco. We had ZERO time to order food and eat at that point. Thanks for nothing.Worst experience I've had in OKC in a long time. Avoid this place. They do not care about their patrons. We will NEVER return. They seem to have severe management and organizational issues.
Excellent food and great waitress but apparently they had a wedding reception that afternoon I am not certain when that had been scheduled so when we arrived for our reservation it was still going on they placed us in a lobby but did not ask if we wanted a drink. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. I feel I should have at least been called the day before to let me know and I would have been willing to push my reservation back

the loaded fries were reeeally good due to its sauce!! the salmon had nice texture but no lemon flavor for those who love that. rice was okay. service was just an okay. dissapointed they give no reguards to birthdays how other nice places do it: either spell out the words on a plate, or put a candle on top, or at the bare minimum make dessert free. I guess this place doesn't reguard themselves as fancy enough to do that. Maybe they're simply tryna make ends meet.

Service was slow, but I think they were short staffed.one bartender/server and one server. The bartender was our server. We were there 1.5 hours. Not unusual for 2 people. Our server seemed to struggle to keep up with drinks and his tables. The second server a female. Did not help him out. As in taking out his prepared food or helping him bus his tables. Seemed to be no team work. Our food came out cold. We asked to have it microwaved. Not something I would normally do but at that point we were pressed for time as in had been an hour. I ordered French toast and bacon. I got potatoes instead of bacon... the server immediately rectified that. I had an excellent espresso martini, but even that took longer than normal to get. When we came in, 10 min early for our reservation, there were two other tables. While we were there the floor filled up. Not sure if someone called in or if management just didn't schedule enough staff.
