Didn’t have half the stuff on the menu, including no salsa. The chicken taco had no flavor, waited 30 minutes to receive queso and it had big chunks of cheese not even melted.

They catered a private event at my house and did a fantastic job! The set up was beautiful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be using them for any future catering needs!

This is definitely a hidden gem. We got the nachos and then several of the tacos to try. Solid value for the price. Nachos were very large and tasty. Salsa is different and served warm. It was a nice different and tasty treat. The taco that sounded like pitbull was my favorite. The asada taco just melted in my mouth. Staff says they were shorted handed but they took good care of us. My only gripe was no iced tea but oh well it won't stop me from coming back.

The good: the tacos! My carnitas taco was the best I have ever had and the green sauce added just enough kick. The chorizo taco was spicy and flavorful. The bad: not their fault, but the tacos I wanted to try were not available...the freezer was down. The ugly: the bathroom was a mess, I've been in worse, but it needed a good cleaning and paper towels. The awesome: the owner taking time to talk to us. She was a pleasure and answered our questions on the recipes. I hope to be in OKC again to try the other tacos

Walked in and the atmosphere left little to be desired. There is a huge mural on the wall that gets your attention right away. Seating is limited. They do offer outside seating. We got the menu and due to a freezer breakage they were out of beef. So no Barbacoa, and although not beef, Pastor and all of the other good tacos. Not there fault really but when you do research beforehand in Texas and land here at 7 in the evening, very disappointing. 7 tables in the place. The tacos we ordered were fantastic. I ordered 2 carnitas and the chicken fajitas taco. Both were very flavorful. My wife mentioned that it was the best taco she has had. I would agree. Where do you get the best tacos in Texas? Oklahoma. She had the carnitas and the chorizo tacos. Something she normally would not have ordered. The hot sauce or not hot sauce to put on the taco was a perfect addition. The hot was not that hot but a very nice spice. It had a good burn. Not really hot at all if you are expecting hot. After talking with the owner, a husband and wife team, a true mom & pop shop, found that it is hard for them to find employees. The one waitress that was there was The hostess also the waitress and the bus boy, person. It is limited in the number of tables to help the staff. After analyzing the entire trip I actually changed my review from 2 to 3. I would have loved to be able to taste the entire menu. Th÷ restrooms need help. Was not clean but manageable. Been in worse. Again, finding staff. We asked about the hot sauce and it is made with red hot chili peppers, not jalepeno or habenero. Very classy. The owner was very nice and helpful when asked questions. She was not in any way hesitant about sharing information about her recipes except for the "secret" items. Everything is made in house! We hope for the best for this place and hope to look forward to visiting again.

DUDE, where are you? I come into town looking for a place to eat that won't bust my wallet and when I come to your door, you're closed. Not cool. You won't guess where I ended up going. To that place on your block, and they rocked it. By the way, the painting/logo on the front of your restaurant is Aztec not Mayan. And they weren't necessarily friends.

The service and food was disappointing. I felt bad bc I invited my family for the experience bc it was so highly reviewed in the past. Embarrassed to have made the recommendation.

We went in an immediately were mesmerized by the art in this establishment. It was so nice to be welcomed into a family owned restaurant that's still up. We were always made sure we were okay and the food was extraordinary. I will come back and maybe able to conquer the big burritos they serve.

We stopped by this small Mexican restaurant while out of town from KC. The homemade chips, queso & salsa are to DIE for!!! The owners are awesome as well. If you're looking to support small businesses you need to stop here! Can't wait to try my vegetarian tacos. I'm sure they'll be just as amazing
